everything especially the staff from management to bellboy everyone cares about you. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are perfect. Stayed often and will continue to do so . Well done again Taj another wonderful weekend :)
Bed was really comfortable, 1 hour of sleep seemed like a complete night The hotel entrance is just amazing Lots of services included Big room Very good location just few minutes from the queen.
The shower was not easy to use. The view of the room was just awful (school and workload) The wifi was really random is the room.
All of the staff, from the reception to the bar and restaurant, were extremely helpful and friendly.
Excellent location, friendly staff
Only one lift working. Breakfast set up chaotic and not enough room for all guests. Chairs in public area broken
Friendly - no fuss - best price for this type of hotel.
All good - room a bit small and tired but fine for just me.
I couldn't fault the hotel at all, every member of staff were helpful and polite. Would stay there again for sure.
The staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much bother.
Couldn't really find any fault have stayed twice now and would stay again.
perfect hotel, bed, room, staff the best
Location Staff Ambience Style
breakfast area in glasshouse too cramp for smooothly accessing food
Friendly staff & luxury
Beautiful hotel 5 mins walk from St James tube Complimentary bathroom products Food / Meal options - Hotel Restaurant / Nearby Cafes Walking distance to key tourist attractions. Quiet location
Everything, will certainly be coming back again.
From beginning to end our stay at St James' Court Hotel was fantastic. We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday and our 10th wedding anniversary and we're treated to a courtesy room upgrade and anniversary and birthday desserts in our room on arrival. We have already and will be recommending this hotel as the perfect hotel to stay in London if you're looking for something a little bit special!! Thanks to all who made our stay!!
The attention to detail ! The service, the food, the hotel - what else matters ?
Cannot fault this hotel. Staff lovely, Good food comfy beds.
Very good locations close to local shops and restaurants and police headquarter is a plus.
Just a few issue with the cleanliness in the bathroom but overall we had a nice stay.
Attentive Staff Excellent Breakfast Nearness to tourist attractions Quiet street Wonderful Courtyard surroundings Helpful & Knowledgeable staff
staff was nice and polite
Fist night: the room we booked wasn't available For the rest of the stay, we were able to feel the metro shake the room so no comment. Will never go back there.
Very professional, attentive and friendly staff - they are clearly a highly motivated team. Well appointed hotel. Good location. Excellent restaurants (and seemingly patronised by local families - always a good sign). Unexpected (but absolutely brilliant!) pianist entertaining during the cocktail hour - transformed a potentially boring interlude into a truly memorable musical experience.
Shower over bath (with a shower curtain) instead of shower cubicle. Building work taking place nearby.
Location and ambience - good breakfasts. Polite staff.
Initially being put into a very basic room with recycled furniture that had been given a coat of varnish. Room only suitable for backpackers/housemaid. Relocated to a better "executive" room on complaining. Staff very polite and helpful. Room rates far too high if this is the sort of room available as a Classic room. Also miles away from lifts etc. Second room a great improvement but still poorly designed with barely enough room to squeeze between bed and furniture. Extra large bed very comfortable but unnecessary for a small room. We are rethinking our next hotel stay in London after this experience. Hotel management need to compare to what is available in other similar hotels in room layout, furniture, and amenities. All in all a great disappointment after our original stay in 2013.
Very helpful staff. Very good room rate although the room did require updating which is why, I assume, the rate was so low. However, great value in terms of location and décor and facilities of the hotel as a whole
Everything except the wifi speed.
The wifi speed.
The luft was broken during the entire time of my stay. One looses a lot of time waiting for the lift while it is collecting all the people waiting. The cleaning lady knocked at the door at 9:00. I answered from behind the door that i was still in the room. Nevertheless she was knocking at the door loudly. I had to open it and explained that i was leaving. When came back at lunch time she was cleaning and told me to wait outside in the corridor till she finishes to clean. Shocking service. The room was very cold. Everywhere it was windy. The room was dishevelled, smelly.
Personnel are not upto standard
Everything to like and nothing to dislike. Would definitely stay here again.
