The location is good as it is so close to Farringdon station. The room is quiet as well.
The bed is too soft. The frying pan needs to be replaced as it is all scratched.
Dave on reception was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. He took my case up to the apartment, showed me how things worked and made a great recommendation for dinner.
evry thing was excellent
no parking with appartment
This location suited us well for a stay in London as it offered a better alternative to a hotel. It is well located near the City of London and Holborn.
Having to pay for WiFi. Free WiFi is becoming more common nowadays. The cleaning of rooms once a week was a bit annoying as the bin tended to overflow.
Comfortable room Kitchen well equipped. Friendly and informative staff Would be happy to return
Tv could do with being on a pull out arm so you can see it from the lounge area. Should have free wi-fi at this price.
Every think it was great
Staff were fantastic. Dave in reception was brilliant. Big shout out to him
Location wasn't good at the weekend. Nothing happening around there. Our room had the worst view in London. Absolutely awful
Very comfortable, well equipped apartment, spacious and thoughtfully designed.
Charge for wi-fi - inappropriate at a property that charges a premium rate. TV was located in a place that wasn't convenient to watch from either the bed or the sofa.
Steps from Faringdon tube/train station and buses. Clean and well appointed. Staff uniformly pleasant and solicitous.
Washer-dryer and A/C were skittish.
We'll appointed and modern, good location near to tube and train.
The apartment was a shade on the small side.
Building next door was dilapidated/ under construction. Not sure if maybe it was part of Atelier but either way the facade needed improvement.
Having our own kitchen facilities was absolutely fantastic. The location is great; less than 5 minutes walk from Farringdon tube station but, if like us, you enjoy walking and exploring central London is no more than 15 minutes away. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the area that all come highly recommended and if you prefer to cater for yourself then the local shops are again just round the corner. Some reviews I read said the area was noisy but we had no complaints regarding this. We will definitely be staying again.
The only let down was the state of some of the furniture. Nothing was unusable but some of the work surfaces and tables had obviously been damaged in the past by previous occupants and were in need of repair and/or replacement. Could not get to grips with the TV but this is standard for us when we are away from home.
Amazing facilities for the price. Double the size of a hotel room with a sofa, sky, cooker, kitchen sink and dining table. The location was perfect! Boots, tesco and sainsburys around the corner and a two minute walk to Farringdon Station. The guy who checked us in was awesome, helped in everything we needed and wasn't intrusive, just showed us the features and left.
If I had to be picky, there wasn't anyone there when we checked out and we had to rush so we couldn't stick around.
Great sized room, comfy bed, good kitchen, decent contemporary styling.
TV too small and not positioned well for either bed of sofas
Great facilities, friendly staff, windows and French doors that opened, curtains that drew - just everything well-thought out.
Great room for the price, loved our stay
Was nothing not to dislike
No service at all. They wouldn't even change the towels every day. Very expensive for no service.
Staff were really friendly and lovely to deal with
Bed broke... Staff fixed straight away just for the price expect the beds to not break
room with good bed and nice bathroom, use of kitchen
work outside underneath appartment, drilling
Heavy and noisy works at the ground floor everyday without any previous notification and any compensation. Charged wifi in spite of 24h service interruption. Nobody at the reception when needed
The room was modern and had a lot of nice features like combo microwave/oven, thick drapes to block out the sun, etc. and it was just a block away from Farringdon tube station so good location although could be noisy in the morning hours. Person who checked us in was very helpful.
The bed was hard. There was loud vibrating construction work going on 3 out of the 4 days we were there which no one advised us about-the walls and floor of the room shook. The trash for the kitchen was tiny and we were advised only after inquiring that no one would be servicing our room because we were there less than a week so the trash piled up, beds were not made and we had to request extra towels and toilet paper. There seemed to be a fan or something constantly running in the bathroom at all hours -even after lights had been switched off for a long time-which kept me awake several nights running. Other than the staff member who checked us in the rest of the staff seemed to usually be hiding behind the front desk, asleep, or nowhere to be found.
Great location, excellent service from concierge. very comfortable studio with all facilities.
Having a kitchen with fridge for drinks. Very quiet. Lovely staff. Bathroom was huge and with huge bath and shower. The space. Big sofa and living area. Big TV. Location to Clerkenwell and City for Modern Pantry, Museum of London, Kung Food takeaway, Ras turkish restaurant around the corner has nice lamb kebabs and is open Sunday.
Seating area quite small.
