Staff are extremely helpful, property is well maintained and location is excellent!
Perfect location just 2/3 mins walk from Farringdon station. Supermarkets nearby. Will stay here again the next visit
The white guys was amazing very friendly helpful and would go out his way. Rooms are nice. Would be nice if you had a machine to get water and drinks
and the Indian man was such a disappointment. He was not accommodating at all. Rooms need to be cleaned more not just once and the bathrooms need a soap dish.
Brilliant location, few minute walk from the underground. Clean bathroom and excellent kitchen. Very spacious apartment. I would definitely book this apartment again. Extremely helpful man on reception.
A towel in the kitchen would have been great but only a minor bug bare.
staff, and location
Location great and very close to tube station. Walkable to some great restaurants which is good if you have younger children.
One of the balcony doors would not lock, meaning we had to change the room our son slept in. Apartment very comfortable and quiet although furniture was a bit dark and gloomy.
Proximity to Farringdon station and Chancery Lane.
As with all London hotels, there is always background noise - rumbling of air conditioning or other machinery - that may not even belong to the hotel
Everything! Very nice and comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes walk from Farringdon station. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The man at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. He really helped with our plans for the weekend. The apartment was just what we wanted, sad to leave on the Sunday.
Everything. The quality of all the facilities was exceptional.
It took me all night to figure out how to empty the bath. You just pull out the plug!
Room 301 only has two tiny windows, terrible air quality, and a giant cabinet taking up much of the available space. Also, no power outlets in bathroom!?!!!??!
The location is good as it is so close to Farringdon station. The room is quiet as well.
The bed is too soft. The frying pan needs to be replaced as it is all scratched.
Dave on reception was amazing, very helpful and knowledgeable. He took my case up to the apartment, showed me how things worked and made a great recommendation for dinner.
evry thing was excellent
no parking with appartment
This location suited us well for a stay in London as it offered a better alternative to a hotel. It is well located near the City of London and Holborn.
Having to pay for WiFi. Free WiFi is becoming more common nowadays. The cleaning of rooms once a week was a bit annoying as the bin tended to overflow.
Comfortable room Kitchen well equipped. Friendly and informative staff Would be happy to return
Tv could do with being on a pull out arm so you can see it from the lounge area. Should have free wi-fi at this price.
Every think it was great
Staff were fantastic. Dave in reception was brilliant. Big shout out to him
Location wasn't good at the weekend. Nothing happening around there. Our room had the worst view in London. Absolutely awful
Very comfortable, well equipped apartment, spacious and thoughtfully designed.
Charge for wi-fi - inappropriate at a property that charges a premium rate. TV was located in a place that wasn't convenient to watch from either the bed or the sofa.
Steps from Faringdon tube/train station and buses. Clean and well appointed. Staff uniformly pleasant and solicitous.
Washer-dryer and A/C were skittish.
We'll appointed and modern, good location near to tube and train.
The apartment was a shade on the small side.
Building next door was dilapidated/ under construction. Not sure if maybe it was part of Atelier but either way the facade needed improvement.
Having our own kitchen facilities was absolutely fantastic. The location is great; less than 5 minutes walk from Farringdon tube station but, if like us, you enjoy walking and exploring central London is no more than 15 minutes away. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the area that all come highly recommended and if you prefer to cater for yourself then the local shops are again just round the corner. Some reviews I read said the area was noisy but we had no complaints regarding this. We will definitely be staying again.
The only let down was the state of some of the furniture. Nothing was unusable but some of the work surfaces and tables had obviously been damaged in the past by previous occupants and were in need of repair and/or replacement. Could not get to grips with the TV but this is standard for us when we are away from home.
Amazing facilities for the price. Double the size of a hotel room with a sofa, sky, cooker, kitchen sink and dining table. The location was perfect! Boots, tesco and sainsburys around the corner and a two minute walk to Farringdon Station. The guy who checked us in was awesome, helped in everything we needed and wasn't intrusive, just showed us the features and left.
If I had to be picky, there wasn't anyone there when we checked out and we had to rush so we couldn't stick around.
