The front office staff were friendly and helpfull. Although the breakfast room was very busy, the staff were cheerfull and efficient. Excellent hot breakfast, cosy TV room, clean bathrooms. Very good location, close to national museum, trains, hop on hop off bus. I stayed in a room below street level, which was fine, bit it smelled a little musty. |

It is in a convenient location that links to a different train stations, and the area is very nice. In my confirmation, it said that the room was a “Standard room” with basin, that means to me that the room is a room like every other room, with a sink outside the bathroom, but it is not, the room is not standard, the room is just the room with no bathroom or shower, we had to share the bathroom and I didn’t like that, because at the middle of the night if you have to go you have to run a couple floors down to get to the bathroom |

Great staff, very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms small but clean and tidy. The breakfast was good. Overall, the hotel was very good, for it's price and star rating. We would happily stay again, or recommend to friends. You need to search around the corridors for the larger bathrooms, with better shower pressure. The first one we tried, in the stairwell, was small and just a dribble from the showerhead. |

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and flexible. The facilities were clean and cheery, and the bathrooms had recently been updated. The location was fabulous! A great value for money. I would definitely stay here whenever I come to London. There could have been a few more bathroom facilities, but we never had a problem finding an open one somewhere in the hotel. Otherwise, no complaints! |

Very well located. Free wifi. The hotel charges a 4% charge when paying with a debit or credit card, which was I felt had not been made clear in my reservation. So I only paid an extra £2.50 in the end, but did not like it as a matter of principles. |

I liked the excellent breakfast, and some of the toilets were very clean and comfortable to use. Some of the toilets were a bit small, and sometimes other guests did not tidy up after themselves, leaving the toilets in a mess. Because not all guests would bring their own laptops and can utilise the WiFi, I recommend that the staff install additional desktops for guests' internet access; and/or limit the amount of internet usage each guest is entitled to. |

The staff is professional, and the services are all that you would expect plus a little more (the lounge with wi-fi, for example). |

The location was brilliant and for the price I could not complain. Nice clean shower areas.. The neighbourhood of Bloomsbury is beautiful and tube station really close. My basic single room was at the very top of the house with very narrow stairways that were very steep. Needed to watch my step. The key word being basic, the room gave me a preview of what I think a bail hostel would look like. However, you get what you pay for and brilliant hotel if you just want clean sheets and a shower. |

This hotel in the Cosmopolitan town of London is ideally located 100 metres from King's Cross Station. We offer very competitively priced rooms which are perfect for the business or leisure guest. |
Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
In a quiet garden square in central London, the Howard Winchester offers 'Bed & Breakfast' accommodation just moments from Kings Cross Station. |
Great value for money hotel, located just off a quiet square near the rail and tube stations at London's Kings Cross. |
