Just across from the Queen's College playing fields and a 10-minute walk from the center of Oxford, the Falcon B&B is housed in 2 late-Victorian town houses and offers views of the college boathouses....

Located in the heart of Oxford, Rewley House offers 4-star campus accommodation in quiet Wellington Square.
Score from 169 reviews Very good
Boiling hot at night and a radiator pipe running down the foot of the bed that I burnt my foot on in the night! Why on Earth they thought they could put two beds in that room I have no idea. Also the noise in the morning was absurd, it seemed like I could hear everyone in the whole building clanging around. It might seem like good value for a place to sleep but as you won't be getting any sleep there's no actual value at all.
Room was brilliant for what we wanted and we both slept very well
Stayed in the annex, room clean, warm, TV, fridge, kettle and ensuite bathroom.
Bit of a hike up 3 flights of stairs
It was basic but clean. We didn't spend a lot of time there so we just wanted sonewhere to sleep for a good price which is what it was.
The room was very clean, good facilities, shower room, kettle, iron, extra pillows, heater and fan if in wardrobe if needed.
Stayed for a last minute night out. Decent location, room was spot on. Facilities were fine.
i liked the en suite room with toilet and shower, the double sized bed and the wifi
took a long time to get to my room (lots of stairs) thre was no free place to sit such as a table to eat my food
The location was perfect close to the centre to walk but a good distance away to not get cause in traffic and have availability to park on their drive. Good instructions to self check-in.
The room smelt of smoke upon walking in. The bed was like concrete. The cupboard had mould in the corner. The shower was old and a cleaner wider nossle is required.
Good location quiet place
Corcoroce in our room
No cockroaches or flees
This is not worthy of booking.com. The upstairs room wad moving furniture until 11pm and the other neighbors loudly arrived at 2am. This is only student accommodation unsuitable for weary travellers or anyone expecting a good night's sleep. .. poor condition and well overpriced !
It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed.
Great location - can walk into oxford - long walk but many bars and shops on the way. Many buses. Nice basic room, does the job with a few facilities and bathroom. Very helpful staff - i left items and they returned in the post.
Wi-Fi is good and the location is fair since it is just behind the bus station to city centre and rail station.
It is a little expensive if you consider the facility and the money you paid.
The room and bathroom was reasonably clean, although quite tatty in places. TV and tea/coffee facilities. The handwritten signs in broken English made us giggle.
Although the beds were reasonably comfy we got next to no sleep as the walls / ceilings were in no way sound proof and the surrounding occupants disturbed us constantly. Our room was in a separate building across the road. I can only assume that many other rooms in this building were inhabited by students as they were noisy getting ready to go out and even louder when they returned in what I assume was the early hours and stood shouting in a drunken state outside our door (which also had a big gap underneath it). Even when the house was otherwise quiet, we were irritated by the continual dragging, scraping a thudding sounds of things being moved across the wooden floor in the room above. We decided not to stay for breakfast as the look of the kitchen/dining room did not fill us with confidence.
Room was not clean when we arrived, had to wait to 20 mins to collect room key, eating area was very small
Guest house had one member of staff who was lovely. Cleaned the room daily. Room and en suite was nice enough and better than expected. Ideal location and very regular buses to go into the centre but easily walked too
The owner very rude and didn't understand anything me or my partner said to him. It was like he didn't even know who was in which rooms. Asked my partner on the last day if he wanted a room!? Even though we been there for three night's. Didn't appear to be any smoke alarms and only one fire extinguisher no fire exit plans. On a whole the owner let this place down to which could be a very lovely place to stay.
This place is dire
The wifi connection was good and it was fairly close to where I was going. Also possibility to catch some buses to the city centre.
I was told that breakfast was until half 9, showed up a bit after 9 - turned out it was until 9, the woman just said I was too late and shut the door on me. The staff is horrifically unhelpful and borderline rude. There was no hairdryer, the room was super cold. I was in the building on the other side of the road, which was quite disgusting and urgently needed refurbishment. I dropped the keys under my bed and retrieved them as well as lots of dirt - needs some cleaning, really! There was a common kitchen but there was dirty laundry in there when I walked in, left unattended - not very appealing. The furniture is completely outdated. The common bathroom is not the cleanest, I took a shower and it was blocked.
Close to loads of shops, restaurants, etc, thus a very convenient location. Though it was quiet in the night, we got a really good night's rest. There's also access to kitchen, so not having breakfast included was not a problem. Just a short walk from historical sites in Oxford. Free parking.
Clean bedrooms and bathrooms, ten minutes from Oxford centre by bus and good parking facilities on site. Would stay again.
location to 02 academy venue
tv did not work
We had a quiet spacious room at the back. Clean but could do with painting around the doors and door frames (the do get a knocking in guest houses). Wood floors - better than dirty carpet. Large tv with Sky. We choose it fir the location. Lots of bathroom and kettle provisions.
Kurt eastern European breakfast waitress who moved us and another couple out of the breakfast room 9am sharp, announcing "breakfast is now finished!".
The guesthouse was noisy and not very clean. I think it is worth paying five pounds more to stay in a decent B&B in another part of town.
