Nice rooms and bar, Good service efforts from staff. Bad quality breakfast that is way overpriced, staff of varying quality/education, lobbyarea cramped and full. |

The rooms have been newly refurbished to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. Concierge and porters very friendly and welcoming. Front of house staff were not particuarly friendly or welcoming. |

Extremely individual atmosphere, staff very professional at the reception and the bell boys /Jim/, rooms was nice and minibar free of charge just wonderfull. Extrenely good bed with bed linen, shower could be better - no cable. |

Friendliness of the staff. The fact that they offered us a room upgrade without us even having to ask. It made our weekend Prices, even by London standards it was expensive. Not so much from a room point of view, but £22 for a continental breakfast, £27 for cooked (That's each!) £16 for a half bottle of wine hence only the fair for value for money. Having been upgraded to an apartment enabled us to stock up from the local shop & breakfast for 3 days at half what one of us would have paid for a continental. |

Short two/three block walk from the Green Park Tube station. Gratis upgrade to an apartment. Right across the street from Green Park that surrounds Buckingham Palace. An excellent launchpoint for a central London adventure. |

Great staff, great location to see london by foot, excellent breakfast with lots too choose from, both traditional and healthy alternatives, super whisky bar with an outstanding range of single malts, cozy and descrete, close to parks, buses, excellent restaurants and underground. |

The location is fantastic! The personnel is polite. Service is good and very comfortable. I am planning to stay in this hotel again during the next journey. The price for breakfast is too high. But near the hotel this is M&S shop with very nice and healthy food and drinks at reasonable price. |
