Good location and good rate The bathroom was broken but the hotel staff came to fix it in a room. It only took five minutes to wait. |

it is only good because it is located near the centre of London. everything.Room not clean, bath room broken. shower broken, soap dispenser broken, spaider into the bed. In the night you can't sleep well becuase you can hear many confusion from the road.Breakfast very very poor. The rates are too expensive for the Hotel. |

The room was clean and close to paddington station so easy for travelling. The room was poorly maintained with cracks on the walls. There was a lot of noise early in the morning from the cleaning staff outside the room. When asking for basic supplies which had been advertised in the room eg extra fresh milk we were advised this was not possible and that we could only have the powdered milk on offer in the room. |

We found the hotel appalling. The room was cramped, the telephone and safe were unusable and had to be replaced. We complained about the doorlock to the bathroom which was blocked and not replaced or repaired as promised. The sink would not drain making the bathroom unhygienic and virtually unusable. |

Excellent location, Full English breakfast, plenty of clean towels, plenty of tea bags etc. 24 hour reception desk, Rather noisy from the main road outside, even into the early hours. Probably better if we had requested an inside room. Bedding fell off too easily due to slippery top layer. |

Location is great. Within walking distance of Oxford Street, for the ones who are brave enough. The room was not perfectly clean (normal for the price). More annoying, the heating was poor compared to the cold temperatures during the stay (-5° c, pretty rare in London though). |

It was the right location, but there must be hundreds of B&Bs on this street. We arrived prior to check in and were able to leave our bags but we had to leave them in the lobby that was accessible to the general public. Nothing went missing, but I'd have liked more security. The room was small and we had a triple!! The receptionist said we would be "very happy" with the room. It served its purpose, but was our least favorite of 6 B&Bs we stayed @ on our holiday in the UK. |
