Wyjątkowo miła i uprzejma obsługa hotelu, pracownicy służący daleko idącą pomocą, życzliwie, czysto, znakomita lokalizacja, cisza i spokój , świetne i obfite śniadania z wyborną kawą - bardzo polecam na krótsze i dłuższe pobyty w Londynie. Z pewnością zatrzymam się tam ponownie i będę polecać ten hotel innym.

Hotel jest jak na przybysza z Polski dosyć drogi - ale w porównaniu do konkurencyjnych hoteli w okolicy zalety równoważą cenę. Z pewnością zatrzymam się tam ponownie i będę polecać innym.

Hotel has an excellent location, few minutes walking from Oxford street and very close to Paddington station. Rooms are very, very clean, breakfast excellent.I would recommend it to all that are traveling to London for business or as tourist.

The second and third day I stayed in Athena hotel. the room was renewed, comfort and the staff really nice.

The first of the tree days I had to stay in another hotel of the main owner. It was a really low cost hotel. Definitely not what I paid for. They didn't respect my precondition that I wanted a room above the 1st floor.

Only that is was local to Hyde Park

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a full English breakfast available (cooked to order). Room was clean.

Phone in room was not connected, so when an alarm went off in the night we were not able to phone reception to check it out. Just a normal TV and we were expecting satellite. Only 2 channels worked on thhe TV we had. Whitener not milk i room

The room was small and crowded for twin beds, you can't move around in the room. Limited channels avaliable from TV. No internet connection.

Room extremely small for three people. Would not stay in basement rooms again; Noisy could hear underground but okay for one night.

Lots. My single room was very basic and ridiculously small and very overpriced, for what it was.The room was clean but bedcover grubby and the sigle chair in the room was filthy.I complained but nthing else available, and neither was the owner/mamager.

Handy to Paddington station.

Blind in room broken - would not go up or down. Door to bedroom needed to be held open with a stool to stop it closing. Bathroom basin blocked. Card that opened door to room frequently did not work resulting in a trip back down to reception to have it reset. Carpet and bedcoverings needed cleaning. Overpriced for the quality.
