It was the Highlight of our scotland roundtrip with our morgans. Everything was excellent. thank you for arranging a group table all the time for breakfast and dinner. Excellent food and winecard. Always friendly staff, very helpful. Stunning view from all rooms. Very good parking situation. Thanks also to the owner Fin for taking care of us.
The bumpers on the road driving up to the Hotel are too high for our old cars.
Everything was just grand.
The hotel has so much charm and the staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was soo comfortable! Food lovely and good breakfasts.
Eggs didn't keep very warm in buffet and vegetarian sausages would be better if they were quorn ones. That's all though as thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
the food, the staff the grounds
the moner house rooms
Pitlochry is a nice town, with excellent access to the "Loch-region" of Scotland. This is hotel is one of the best in the region, in outer town with a huge garden, and that is why it is not cheap in high-time! The room had an excellent view, however "oldstyle" interior, comfortable bed and helpful staff.
The organisation of the breakfast is a bit poor, lacks staff and equipment.
Great Food along with Leisure facilities. Commanding views from dining room and our bedroom. All in all a great short break.
We had a Great stay, nothing to dislike.
Staff were very helpful and the location and amenities were brilliant.
I had a lot of trouble getting vegan food even though the restaurant was told months in advance that I had this dietary requirement.
Staff were extremely helpful and hotel charming especially with fires burning in the evenings despite it being August.
The hotel staff were professional, friendly and very welcoming, especially the restaurant and bar staff. The breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choice and were very well presented. The museum is very interesting and worth a visit.
The dinner was awesome
This was our most expensive place and our worse! We we're put in a small basement room. The double bed was small, TV didn't work and the bathroom bin had not been emptied - hugely disappointing
Location surprisingly central, only a short few minutes walk to town. Calm and quiet overall. Breakfast was good.
Service and attention at breakfast could improve.
pool and sauna and tennis courts, bf, spacy rooms, helpful staff, great view
Environment, room, restaurant, & all the staff members--yes, all!
Cannot find any.
Wonderful grounds to explore, with many short walks available. Best breakfast we had in our 3 weeks of travel. You must take advantage of the spa, unique history and very nice, few places offer a steam room and cooling pool, anymore.
Internet was not functional from our room. Bathroom was big, but musty.
Location and the amount of space in the hotel
The facilities were good.We enjoyed the breakfast.Maid service was good.
Ran out of a beer and come the next night still didn't have that beer. Staff polite but didn't seem to really know what they were doing.e.g wrong mixers in drinks, forgot tea and coffee at breakfast. We have enjoyed previous years better. This was our third visit.
On the plus side great location, not sure we would come again as have experienced better accommodation for less money
Accommodation wasn't what we expected for the price.Showers there were two in our room were very poor, also a double socket wasn't flush to the wall looked dangerous!
The location, views from room and all round palachal feel
Refreshments on expensive side
Food was wonderful. Views were great from several rooms. Room was spacious and luxurious.
location and appearance
rooms were a bit small, no water offered instead of tea or coffee
Every member of staff was charming and helpful. There was an old style charm about the place even though some fixtures were tired. We had two evening meals - top quality and very reasonably priced.
That it is so far from home!
The facillities were great, in a beautiful location
The restaurant was terrible. The food was average leaning towards bad The waitress could not speak English which didn't help when asking what the specials were
Setting and facilities.
Little pricey at £155 for a twin room
Free putting Views from room
Breakfast was poor tea tasted of coffee as served in coffee pot and not all cooked breakfast available at same time. Had to contact reception as no towels available at spa.
Stunning location and views.very good breakfast
