I love the treatment and help I got from the staff. They are really good and kind people. You feel like at home. The views from the breakfast room was amazing. I love my staying in here.
Always wanted to stay a night in Brighton looking out over the ferris wheel and pier. Our incredibly large room with a choice of two king sized beds had such a bay window view - the best in Brighton. Worth the little extra cost.
bed topper n/a torture stars continental bfast not continental
Great location. Friendly staff. Great value for money.
Wifi signal was very weak.
Great view Helpful staff Filling breakfast Amazing value ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!
People with disabilities might find it hard to go up the stairs.
The staff where very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the breakfast and had a great sea view.
Warm welcome, lovely staff, freshly cooked breakfasts, very clean and tidy, lovely views and best of all a short stroll to Madeira Drive for the trials. Not part of the hotel but the cafe bar on the lower ground floor (Witchez) not to be missed - the food is divine! and the welcome there so friendly. As for the hotel, would definitely go back but a bigger room please!
Room 6! Very tiny, on the third floor with no lift! Erratic tv reception, wifi too weak to access. Tea and coffee facilities very welcome but no milk sachets? Sorry, it was too warm not to have the window open and the racket kept us awake all night, highlight was the bottle recycling lorry in the early hours! Oh and £17.50 a day to park in nearby NCP car park
Friendly greeting on arrival. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Able to leave luggage securely on day we left in order to enjoy our stay to the max.
Friendly and helpful staff made for a great stay. A hearty breakfast started off each day. Fantastic location, close to the Concorde 2 (for the At the Edge of the Sea festival). The Wheel and the Pier are across the road and the main shops, restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. Recommended over chain hotels that are not as hospitable or well placed.
The Receptionist was very nice.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Stay on the single room at the top of the hotel and did not have a great sleep as the bed was going sideway due to the floor not being straight!
value for money very small room very small bathroom - could not really move there
Location - very near the pier and town centre. Friendly, helpful staff; excellent service Clean and reasonably comfortable
No lift, rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors, steep stairs TV reception patchy
small double room
Location was fantastic, just opposite brigton beach. The rooms were clean modern and in good order. The staff were helpful too and made a real fuss of us on our anniversary.
While breakfast was tasty and well cooked, it would benefit from a few more options such as skimmed milk and gluten free bread. Also extras such as fresh fruit, pastries and locally sourced breakfast items. This would raise breakfast from being good to excellent. This is only a minor point though in relation to our stay as a whole.
Had a big room with amazing view.
Couldn't have guests to your room.
the view from the hotel window was fantastic. the welcome we had on arrival was a very friendly and the staff was always smiling . the hotel room was abit small but very clean. it served its purpose. the whole thing was well worth the money and we will return to this hotel again.
there was nothing to dislike
Great breakfast in comfortable surroundings. We had a sea view room well worth the extra to overlook the pier and sea front.
Small rooms but fine for a short stay. Can be a bit noisy but OK on top floor.
central beachfront, Sea views. Easy access by bus from station.
Too many stairs to third floor for older guests
The only good thing that i can say, is the location.
The room that me and my partner stayed in was extremely small, with a ridiculously small window for ventilation. Had to suffer with the lack of air in the room. The bathroom was terrible, you could hardly move in the shower and the sink was continusly bloked. The service we received was awful. We would not recommend this to anyone.
Friendly hosts. Well cooked breakfast with lots of choice.
Size of ensuite. Not much room between toilet and shower particularly for larger people.
The sea view out our bedroom window
The bedroom and shower room was too small
Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms small but good shower. Overall i would go back.
Rooms at the back, very noisy seagulls!!! No air con.
Excellent location just opposite the pier Good breakfast made to order
Room was small for price paid Bed not very comfortable and pillows not very comfortable.
It is very close do the pole.staff is friendly.breackfast is good
We stayd in room n 5...2nd floor .The room size is a single room with double bed in..and the stairs are well to small. You can only be there for 1 night becouse if couple arriving with 2 normal size suitcase then there is not space in the room, and you can't bring upstairs becouse the stairs are to small.
