There was plenty of room in the bedroom, and good communal sitting areas, The television was rather small. |

Superb location, spacious room with a view that was very clean. I very much enjoyed the excellent home cooked breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. We both agreed it was excellent value for money and would highly recomend this hotel. |

The room was newly decorated and very pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was excellent- there was no grease and everything was cooked fresh. The hotel staff were very helpful especially as we needed somewhere to house our bike. |

view from our room.closeness to everything. The bed. Late night noise from town/beach. Apart from this it was really peaceful. We couldn't complain about our room because it was ideal. However on the booking form it did say a 'room with a bay windowed sitting area'. Our room did not have a bay window. |

We stayed in the Premier Double room and this was a huge room and had good views to the sea and canals. At 79pound it was definately value for money. The only problem we found was the drain system made one hell of a racket when using the water (ie shower and toilet) but as soon as you finsihed so did the noise. |

It was conveniently situated close to my destination, it offered fantastic views of the beach and Bude and it made my stay in Bude very relaxing, enjoyable and memorable. I'm returning to this same hotel next week! |

view from window It seemed more of a business hotel rather than seaside - very plain decor. |

Spacious Room, Excellent position overlooking beach no food in evening, breakfast didn't start until 830, too late for me as I was on business. The shower head leaked badly and the bed was positively the most uncomfortable I have ever spent the night in. I did not sleep much consequently. |

The view, spacious room, good reception TV Easy chairs in room are low back and not restful. Overpriced. I accepted this because I wanted the view. |

Warm and welcoming especially on a wet and windy September day. The host and hostess were absolutely fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. |
