How accommodating the staff were and how easy it was to get to places from the hotel. The shower looked as though it was going to be very powerful and yet this wasn't the case. Breakfast could have been a little bigger as we had to specifically ask for some baked beans.

Its position and views . breakfast food excellent wider choice of breafast menu initial welcome minimal As the hotel no longer offers an evening meal it would have been useful to have been provided with a list of local restaurants!

The position of the Hotel is perfect for a view over the beautiful beach and the town of Bude, the warm welcome of the lady that was at the reception desk made us feel home , as the lady that served us breakfast in the morning. Precious.

The location was good as was breakfast . We were booked into a double room which was on the top floor .due to my partners mobility difficulties we were re-allocated to a lower floor room which was only a single with double bed.1 Cup, 1 towel etc . the view was of sainsbury's car park. Tv did not work and could definately do with decorating.

Excellent location overlooking beach and harbour, but only 5 minutes walk from the bus stance on The Strand. Rather pricey for what feels more like a guest house than an hotel.

The breakfast was really well prepared and presented. The window in the room was poorly sealed. The window glass was dirty. The advertised dining facility was non existent on arrival. We were told the chef had just left. The springs on one side of the bed had 'gone'.

Very friendly, approachable staff. Parking in front of the hotel. Lovely decor. Spotless, comfortable room, with a beautiful view of the beach. Prime location with respect to the views, walks, beach, shops and restaurants. Close to many places of interest. The sort of place that makes you want to come back soon.

Lovely view of the beach from our window. Clean and comfortable en suite room. Very quiet. Free internet connection. Tv and tea & coffee making facilities in room. Constant hot water. Cereals followed by lovely cooked breakfast in smart dining room served 8.30-9.30. Very relaxing hotel. We would definately stay there again. I would have liked to have seen a small safe in the room which seems to be standard practice now, but this is just a minor point.

Very relaxing and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The rooms with a bay window have lovely duel aspect views of the beach, Atlantic ocean, river through the town and the canal across the bay,

No hassles, very relaxing. We chose this hotel for its location having previously stayed at a neighbouring hotel. Room was very clean, staff were very nice and friendly including cleaning staff and the food was good.

We liked its laid back approach . However we were placed on the top floor having to climb 4 flights of stairs ,however if and when we stay at the Atlantic again we shall request a lower set of rooms Nothing ,its an old building but the owners have worked wonders bringing it up to the high standard you see today

Location was great, but the room was small, and parking was limited. Parking was definately an issue. Room was nicely done though, was a pleasant stay. Location was great!

The staff was very good and very obliging. The room was small - very comfortable, but small. The shower was pretty useless. If we went back I would ask if we could upgrade to a larger room.
