die bediensteten sich äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. der gratis flughafentransfer funktioniert einwandfrei. wir wurden sogar zweimal transportiert, da wir am vortag der abreise unser mietauto zurückgeben mussten. es ist unbedingt notwendig, ein mobiltelefon zur hand zu haben, weil es keine rezeption an sich gibt. einchecken ist nur mittels anruf möglich. |

Kostenloser Flughafentransfer Im Prinzip ist das Hotel für eine Übernachtung und direkte Weiterreise von Stansted Flughafen ok. Mehr kann man für den Preis nicht erwarten. |

I really liked that the hotel provides free airport pick up at any time of the day. They also dropped me off at 4am for free with take away breakfast! That is fantastic value for money considering the prices of public transport or taxis in London. The shower could be better, the hot water wasn't the best. |

Not Much it is very expensive for the most basic facilities. The one staff was very pleasant. Istay often on the continent and I would consider £40 per night expensive for this b&B. Breakfast was not continental but diy. |

Closness to Stansted Airport Its not a hotel - just a house in the middle of an estate chopped up into bedrooms. Totally not what we expected. Our transfer to the airport was 20 minutes late as the lady driving us slept in - not really acceptable when you have a flight to catch. |

Staff were really friendly and accommodating even when I showed up at midnight. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Room was clean and an iron and ironing board were available. The to-go breakfast was a real lifesaver at 4am and the free airport transfers took all the stress out of waiting for a cab. I'm flying out again next week and will definitely stay here. |

Its central location.It is next to a 7-11 store and within walking distance of the only pub in the area I think. Just the fact that there were cobwebs and a dead spider in the corner!Also it would be nice to have a lounge area maybe! |

That it was as expected, considering the rate. Noise from room above. Further the transport o and from the hotel is somewhat hap hazard, better information on pick up points and schedule is needed |
