Att jag fick en bädd att sova i några timmar Att ingen upplyst mig om att det var bed-and-breakfest. Upplysningen på flygplatsen angav fel upphämtningsplats, vilket gjorde att jag inte blev upphämtad av s k cab. Jag var i stället tvungen att beställa en taxi. |

Nära Stansted flygplats. Rena rum och i övrigt rätt nyrenoverat. Tyst och lugnt område. Dålig service (beställd pick-up på flygpl tog 1 timme och flera telefonsamtal). Skräpig trädgård med trasiga trädgårdsmöbler |

Suveränt med service att bli hämtad från och körd till flygplatsen. Bra med info om vilka faciliteter som finns i byn. Hjälpsam personal även om hon hade det hektiskt. Lyhört |

Blev upphämtade på Stansted och avlämnade tidigt på morgonen, mycket bra service som ingick. Mycket lyhört. Gäster anlände sent på kvällen/natten och vi kunde höra gäster från många rum även på andra våningen. |

Peaceful. Good TV reception. Nice location. Not keen on having shower in room. My bed sheets didn't appear to have been changed on my second visit to the hotel. |

The Local Pub meal was excellent, a real treat. Avalon was only just. Hostess quite 'different' and the help yourself breakfast was appalling! |

I really liked that the hotel provides free airport pick up at any time of the day. They also dropped me off at 4am for free with take away breakfast! That is fantastic value for money considering the prices of public transport or taxis in London. The shower could be better, the hot water wasn't the best. |

The hotel seemed very nice and comfortable, but I only stayed one night and left early in the morning, so I didn't spend much time there. Staff was very helpful. |

Not Much it is very expensive for the most basic facilities. The one staff was very pleasant. Istay often on the continent and I would consider £40 per night expensive for this b&B. Breakfast was not continental but diy. |

Closness to Stansted Airport Its not a hotel - just a house in the middle of an estate chopped up into bedrooms. Totally not what we expected. Our transfer to the airport was 20 minutes late as the lady driving us slept in - not really acceptable when you have a flight to catch. |

Staff were really friendly and accommodating even when I showed up at midnight. I felt safe and comfortable at all times. Room was clean and an iron and ironing board were available. The to-go breakfast was a real lifesaver at 4am and the free airport transfers took all the stress out of waiting for a cab. I'm flying out again next week and will definitely stay here. |

Its central location.It is next to a 7-11 store and within walking distance of the only pub in the area I think. Just the fact that there were cobwebs and a dead spider in the corner!Also it would be nice to have a lounge area maybe! |
