Very nice owners, helpful
Everything this Hotel had to offer was great.
Breakfast was good, but could have been better
The friendliness (owner's daughter) & breakfast staff Left a key for us to get in as we arrived earlier than expected Nice to have a small bar to unind in and chat to other guests very, very clean - room, towels etc.
Quiet clean very helpful staff
We used the hotel as a base for a family wedding at Browston Hall, this was a short taxi ride away. The owner of the hotel was very pleasent and welcoming and made a lovely cooked breakfast.
very good value for money :)
Clean room bed comfortable but basic
Not have an opinion as never saw anyone but that I suppose was down to myselfe
Very friendly and helpful at all times.
Parking was a nightmare, had to park two streets away, not as easy as advertised.
location great You get what you pay for never a 4 star hotel in a million years
No lifts ??? we were on top floor, stairways are extremely narrow, was carring a case and there was barely enough room for me and the case to assend the stairs, I'm 48, and slim build and it was really tight forcing you to carry case in front of you rather than at your side making it extremely heavy :( Bar closes at 10 pm whats that all about ? Breakfast was 3 star quality definitly not 4
Location was good
Breakfast after 8am unable to connect to wifi
We were visiting relatives for weekend, so only stayed for 1 night. We have stayed before so knew the location and were happy with previous visit.
Clean and low cost. Breakfast was good.
Hotel is rated as 4 star - it is not. I believe the price reflects a 2 star hotel and this would be a fair assessment.
The comfortable feel of the Hotel and the friendly welcome when you arrived and that was carried on all through our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.
Excellent staff, cleanliness, parking facility, close to village and lake.
This B&B was close to the function I was attending the staff where very welcoming and friendly. I would defiantly stay here again
I was late getting there, so the lady stayed up past 10pm to welcome me and give me a key. Excellent room, very comfy bed.
Location, Lovely room comfortable bed.Clean tidy.
Breakfast table not prepared properly. No milk for cereal no butter for toast, no tea spoons, no sugar for cereal or tea/coffee. Sausages for the "full house"appeared to be Tesco value type full of fat and gristle and the tomatos tinned rather than grilled. Hence by the time u had finished your plate was swimming in juice. Hash browns and mushrooms missing for a full English Breakfast. Some cereals offered were out of date according to boxes.
We were impressed with our warm welcome, and with Ann's willingness to do everything to make our stay enjoyable. Well done Ann!!
Room was clean but a bit dated. Good breakfast. Close to sea front. Quite good value for money
Owner was not the most friendliest of people, got a bit annoyed with my girlfriend when she had to come to the front door to help her to open it.
Standard guest house.
All the noise from the rooms above with the children running about .
We were well looked after. On our first night, an evening meal was made available at very short notice. Because my wife was on support sticks, we were given a downstairs room instead of the upstairs room we had been initially allocated.
Nothing. The accommodation as good value for money.
Everything, quiet area, close to the sea front, owner and staff were great very helpful.
Nothing of note
