The decor was imaginative and the size of the suite was amazing - just right to relax and to spread out! It felt as if it really was far out in the countryside, miles from anywhere! We weren't very keen on having to go outside to a different building to have breakfast.

Good size room & beds; Very modern & new looking; Pleanty of storage space. Security Guard was very helpful. Not good signage for Hotel enterance - then, only had A4 sheet of paper, stuck on the inside of a dimly lit 'front' door, telling us to go to secuity guard for our keys! Bathroom requires some attension - cracks around tile work.

From arriving at the hotel until leaving everything was brilliant all the staff were excellent the room and the hotel was excellent great views very quiet lovely setting. The room was lovely very comfortable bed, the breakfast was very tasty and also a very relaxed atmosphere. The late checkout option an extra bonus. Brilliant stay will definatley stay again and highly recommend

We had a luxury suite which comprised of a large comfortable lounge with television and king size bedroom (with T.V.) and ensuite. It was extremely comfortable in a beautiful peaceful country setting near Clitheroe Lancs. We had a lovely full english breakfast and the staff were very kind and helpful - my husband is disabled and so the help with carrying the luggage etc. was really appreciated. The price was amazing - £70.00 altogether! The only downside was the fact that the hotel did not have a lift and there were a lot of stairs to climb. The hotel was not really user friendly for disabled guests though the hotel is currently having some refurbishment so maybe that will improve.

Breakfast was made from local produce - the sausages were particularly good, with tasty bacon and eggs. Our stay was during the restaurant refurbishment and considering the breakfast was cooked on 2 camping gas rings and a George Forman grill, it was better than many other places we have stayed. A comment rather than a complaint - why have a double bed when you have room for a kingsize?

We were attending a wedding at Mitton Hall and looked at the reviews for the local hotels, this hotel stood out and we weren't disappointed as hotel in good, nearby quiet location. Very good value for money, beautifully decorated hotel, room clean. Breakfast was held in a converted conference room not an appropriate dining room. Checkout 10.00am
