Excellent facilities, and liked the new extension, didn't try the evening food, but excellent breakfast

Fresh milk in the room would have been nice, but no problem as we brought our own.

There was lots of space in the suite and the fridge came in handy to keep the drinks we brought chilled. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and a lovely way to end our stay.

The sofa in the suite wasn't very comfortable. The décor in the suite and hallway seems a little tired and in need of refreshing even though it is modern. The fitness suite wasn't available on a bank holiday Monday-this wasn't clear in the booking details.

Still under construction, flooring not completed in dining room.Bedroom hot tap loose, shower door loose, rather poor quality snagging ie poor finish to tiling and messy sealant to tiles in places. No soap available, no shower cap.

Excellent value for money.The rooms are spacious modern with all amenities set in quiet relaxing location.The staff were very friendly and obliging.We were served with freshly cooked full English breakfast which was first class. This was our first visit but we will be returning.

Good sized room and adequate breakfast.

Some changes were being made on site, but no one warned us. We could not get wifi in our room, nor could we get BBC channels on the tv. In the morning there was no hot water. If the hotel is going to stay open whilst changes are made more effort should be made to check facilities and guests shoudl be wrned.

I loved the location of the hotel...once we actually found it. The town the hotel was in was incorrect on our booking.com confirmation. It said the hotel was in Clitheroe but it was actually in Old Langho. We spent a good couple of hours trying to find it. The staff was great and very apologetic about the address mix up. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent and filling.

It was a bit run-down. There was some major water damage on the carpet and the toilet didn't flush properly. Needs a little help...

A modern building within a peaceful countryside location.

It didn't feel a like full-service hotel; breakfast, bar and meal facilities available in the building next door, and no reception facilities after 9pm. The hotel generally felt a little tired.

We had booked a suite and the space this gave us was excellent. We would definately use this hotel again if we come back to this area

My wife and I stayed here for a night. The hotel is in a nice peaceful location on the edge of Brockhall Village, next to Blackburn Rover's Academy. The rooms are very clean and ample in space. The lighting in the bathroom could be a touch brighter than they are. I have suggested to the management that voiles on the windows on the ground floor would be an idea as the pavement on the road side of the hotel is quite close to the rooms. The staff are lovely and are very helpful. The breakfast consists of cereal and a cooked breakfast which was lovely. We went to the Black Bull pub in the village (200yds) for our tea which was great. We would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Having to go outside the main hotel to access the restaurant, which was a separate building.

We stayed overnight to attend a wedding locally . Cant fault the hotel or its staff . We had a lovely lunch in the bar next door and also enjoyed a cooked breakfast in the same bar as this is where you dine in the B&B package . The Bar owners Lisa & Jason were great , very cheerful and helpful even offering to order us taxis to take us to the wedding venue. The welsh lady who served breakfast was also lovely as were all the reception staff. Probably the most helpful team Ive come across in a long time Well done and yes we will definately return to room 11

The only down side was there was only a shower in the room and I enjoy a soak in a nice hot tub.

Quiet location, helpful staff who recommended an excellent country pub for dining and provided a discount card, spacious quality accomodation.... Ridiculously good value for money. Not to forget the super full english breakfast.

Difficult to find without a sat nav.

We stayed here due to business the next day in the area,Very clean, and warm for this time of year, and had an excellent nights sleep and breakfast. Very nice friendly staff. Excellent choice of breakfast.
