Fantastic hosts, immaculate room and brilliant access to london sites, main bus station and tube short distance walk. A great find!
A good find, very clean and comfortable.
Location, helpful staff
Small room, small toilet..
Clean and friendly.Close to the underground
Cleanliness, professionalism of staff, attractiveness on approach and that it didn't have a huge sign saying what it is! All very tasteful. Liked the fact it had a kitchen. Not far from tube and shops to buy food. Very close to The Apollo which was the reason we were there.
Not keen on shared wc & shower but this is going to change, We were told all rooms will have their own eventually.
Staff is really nice
little bit far from city, but really close to underground station and the shopping centre Westfield.
Lovely place to stay, good value for money & great location. Will be booking again. Highly recommended !
The maid was very helpful. Close to hammersmith station
Bad beds, small room, narrow stairs, difficult to cary our bags,
location(5 minutes from tube) nicely decorated, effort had been made for small studio, had chair and stool. also one of first studios ive stayed in with surface wiper.
booking details said room had washing machine(which it didnt and couldnt see where in room that size it could conceivably be) for a self catering apartment bins were tiny. shower holder was broke(staff unaware) no curtains(only blinds)
Location and the kitchen facilities
I needed somewhere near the Apollo, it is only 5 minutes walk away. The staff were really helpful, the bathroom was cleaned to a high standard and the sheets/ towels were lovely. I cannot fault anything about my stay
That I couldn't stop for 2 nights as I had to get home
Friendly and helpful staff Excellent location Really nice room
Foam mattress a little uncomfortable, but that's probably personal preference.
We had a great time and was pleasantly surprised by how good the accommodation actually was . We will use again if staying in London
Building work opposite was very loud .
Great price, ended up having travel worries and getting there very late, staff were very helpful and sympathetic for a very weary traveller.
I went down for nottinghill carnival,it was only 10mins on the tube away (4stops) and the location was really good to get food, really good shops nearby and bars,5min walk from station too, hotel was clean, very friendly! Great for young and old,i got a double room with shared bathroom, never even saw the other people using the bathroom and there was a big shower in there, all modern decor and everything u need to cook up a good meal in your room provided.
Only downside if i had to be really picky was the sign was rather small so ended up walking past it and there were buliders nearby so got woke up rather early but thats not the hotels fault :)
Given London exorbitant prices to find a decent B&B which is affordable and in a reasonable good area is a major plus. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and it's 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith metro station.
The idea of having to share a bathroom was a bit daunting at first but in reality it worked well.
We had the triple room, the beds were amazing, the bathroom was spotless, really close to the train station, staff were friendly and helpful... could not have asked for any more
reasonable price ,comfortable bedroom
Internet connection is not good
Convenient location and very friendly and helpful,
everything. Plan to book again during the Christmas season.
LOCATION! Clean rooms Friendly Staff
This is a large house where the family live on the first and basement floor and the rest is converted into apartments. Location is great, just a stones throw from Hammersmith Tube station and Hammersmith high street. We had a studio room in the roof of the house and it was really clean and well equipped (especially considering the amount of space). Considering the price of other places I looked at in London it was good value but nothing amazing. It does have air con though which was a godsend during our stay since it was very hot in London at the time. It would have been nice to have some information about where to get a nice breakfast or where the nearest supermarket is since it's self catering. There is one place mentioned for food in the welcome folder (in the room) but it doesn't actually say where the place is, just gives the name. Good information about how to get to airports from the apartments.
I didn't like that the window opened out to next doors roof and the room felt quite claustrophobic because it had no natural daylight. Also, just in case you are going to be here during the week, there is a building site just down the road which is incredibly noisy, we did ask to be moved to the back of the house but never got a response. Luckily we were there during the weekend so only had the noise on Friday afternoon (when we arrived) and Saturday morning. You might want to check in advance what stage the building is at. The rooms at the top are very close together so when your neighbour comes home or leaves you can hear it all. You won't want to spend a lot of time in the room, it's too small and pokey.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, nice decor, quiet
Bit on the small side for 3 occupants
The staff was very kind, accepting a very late checkin at 02:00 am. Not a bad location if you take in mind the reasonable price, just a 5 minute walk to the hammersmith tube which connects you directly to any of the cities attractions
Very close to Hammersmith station, value for money, spacey room, extremely helpful personel
