The location is ok.
The toilet paper holder was not in the bathroom. The water did not come smoothly and I got myself wet. The shower room is very tiny and there is no bathtub.
The staff availability and kindness. Wi-fi and food stele tino for breakfast!
Good location, helpful staff, good food, comfy bed. Everything was good in general!
Very good location, 5 mins. walking to tube station. Comfortable bed and room. We had a problem with the shower, and the staff solved it inmediatly. There is a Tesco and many pubs in the area.
The breakfast could be more complete, but it wasn't bad.
The location is a quiet neighbourhood, the price of room, the every day cleaning of it,the underground station"Gloucester Road" helps the transportation in London, decent breakfast!
The bed (room no413),the walls (you can hear the talking and tv of others), small rooms
The location, the staff were friendly and the room clean. The breakfast was fresh and offered some options.
The bed was creaky and the window didn't block out the wind or sounds from the street and rattled.
There was no charge for using WiFi, the towels were changed every day, friendly and helpful staff, good location.
We could hear constant humming, not sure where it was comming from, the view through the window was terrible, all we could see was walls and AC devices.
The location was ideal for us
Far too hot. Rooms were too small/
Great location, quiet area, nice room and cleanliness. I went there twice e and I can strongly recommend it!
The position was excellent as we were visiting the Royal Marsden Hospital unfortunately my stay was longer than expected and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful to my wife and myself, I will be staying again on my next visit and I would recommend the Hotel.
nice location, nice room, value for money and polite staff
room was very stuffy and warm at night and air conditioning machine very loud - made it hard to sleep.
Staff was very helpful to our group of 36 seniors.
Lack of staff to assist the group in unloading luggage upon arrival. We didn't have help. We had to unload luggage ourselves.
Excellent location. The decoration is more or less modern. They can storage your luggage. The breakfast was ok too.
Too warm inside the bedroom. Impossible to control the water temperature in the shower...it was just too hot as well. The carpet was not clean enough. The wifi and the tv worked just so so.
open 24hours, near the train station, nice neighborhood, pretty clean rooms
poor wifi not always working, there was hair on the blankets, only 1 big towel for each guest and a small one to share, the room was too hot at times, the breakfast room wasn't pleasant to sit in, the breakfast was very basic and the coffee wasn't good, the shower head was dripping and the sink tap was not working properly.
Location, clean , price
Very good location, close to tube station and some shops. Most of the staff were nice. Nice bathroom.
Bed wasn't that comfortable, very stuffy room, key card didn't work, not much choice for breakfast. More like a hostel but with hotel prices.
THe breakfast could be better, the noise door to the breakfast room was terrible disturbing. The staff in the kitchen coud be politly and better educated for this job.
Very close to tube station and natural history museum. Friendly helpful staff. Unexpected continental breakfast was an added bonus. Ideal for what we needed.
There's nothing I can think of to dislike
The hotel was in an extremely convenient location, reasonably priced too. I thought the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone.
My only downside was that my room was very small, but I was however by myself. I would of also liked a bath. When the description is an en-suite bathroom, I assume that is what I woiuld get. Otherwise it should be stated as an en-suite shower room.
Close to city center, seven minutes away from underground station. Close to natural history museum. Great staff...helped us with all our requests. Clean room.
It was a bit cold because a part of the double window was missing, but we turned the heat up to the max and got an extra blanket from the reception. Breakfast was good but a little poor. No fridge or minibar. Not worth seventy euros per night.
The location was excelent easy accsess to evrywere.
The service was not good hot water was not working didnt get the room we hoped for, housekeeping was poor. Only the second daythay changed our room, cut our stay by one day aND booked the last night alse were.
The size of the room was great and staff very helpful even before our arrival.
I would have preferred a breakfast room on the ground floor with natural light. The hotel needs a restaurant for dinners and a bar for those who after a long day could just drop and rest, before going to their room. Not having a kitchen is a drawback.
most aspects, tea making, good size tv, comfortable beds, warm rooms, shower facilities good.
mad rush/crowding for the buffet breakfast
