The location is good. Not far from paddington station only 2-3 minutes walk. The rooms are small. Nothing is in there. Expected to get a room with internet connection at least but didn't even get a proper mobile signal. Payed pretty much for the double room but was given the worst in my opinion room in the whole london. Underground trains make a lot of noise in your room and everything is reeling like when it is an earthquake. My suggestion is if you have an opportunity, you would better chose something else. Im sorry but that is sh*t. Very disappointed.

Friends staff. Excellent breakfast. Location naar tube. We asked for twin room but we didn't get it. The 'garden' is the public garden in front, if you ask for à room at the back, there is no garden : misleading. Expensive small room on the 4th floor (80 stairs, no elevator) with à campingshower and à toilet not flushing decently.

The location and a decent price at the time At the 4th floor wi-fi signal was not reachable by mobile devices; and was not stable for the laptop. At the same time we could receive strong signals from the neighboring hotels. Breakfast was very basic and breakfast room was so tiny so people had to wait for a available table

Location brilliant, very clean and quiet at night for a good nights sleep.excellent english breakfast. The bathroom, it was like being in a camper van, it was one of those pod type rooms where if u stood back from the sick you would trip on the shower rim or knock your leg on thhe toilet! Most bizarre, it was just like a caravn/camper van experience as far as the bathroom was concerned. Stairs, loads of stairs be warned no lift!

Staff are friendly, location is great and just minutes walking to Paddington station. English breakfast also good taste. No lift and be prepared to bring your own luggage upstairs. Wifi cannot reach beyond 2nd floor.

The staff was nice. The location was ok. The breakfast is good The hotel had no elevator and I forgot to check that. Besides, our room was located in the 3rd floor and we had to carry our babies until the 3rd floor every that. That wasn't really fun. The breakfast food is good but room is way toooooooo small and It starts at 7:30 and ends at 9am so It concentrates a lot of people waiting to be seated.

Location is great (many restaurants and pubs around, few min by walk from Paddington train station and tube). Staff was nice and helful. Good english breakfast. > Good value for money. Be aware there is no lift and 4th floors! Rooms are small but it is logic for this price.

staff was really pleasant and helpfull. location is perfect. walking distance to paddington station. breakfast was nice. no elevator, room and bathroom very small, internet didn't work properlly and the street was pretty noisy at night, even being in the third floor.

Phoned the hotel whilst driving there and the gentleman who answered couldn't understand what I was asking, so had to go get another member of staff to speak to me! It is soooo important to have a fluent speaker on reception, it is the first impression you get of a hotel! Had heavy cases was put on the fourth floor and no lift! Overall room was clean and well appointed. No lift

Staff are friendly and helpful, location good. The shower cubical is extremely small and the shower unit is not very good. I requested to stay on the G/F due to my luggages so I don't know if only the room I stayed is like that.

Location was great and convenient for tube access. I was there in early March and there was a cold spell and the heat could have been turned up a bit more. That's just my preference as I like warmer rather than cool.

Location! Ideal position to catch an early train from Paddington. Staff were able to provide an early breakfast. The main problem was that there was a very strong smell of new paint in my room, which meant I either had to endure it or open the window and freeze. I guess this was just unlucky, however. I was a bit surprised that breakfast did not start till 7:30, though I was able to find the essentials.

It was our first time staying in Avon hotel,we love it there,even we were up in third floor,love the climbing off stairs,good exercise,staff were very helpful no problem to leave cases when we checked out, breakfast was beautiful plenty off choices,love the place,will be back,,,,,,,,,
