The beds were really comfy and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotless The stairs to the top rooms were rather steep but it wasn't a major problem

The room was immaculate, and overlooked a lovely tennis court and park area. It's easy to get to from Kings Cross and only took about 5 mins on foot Breakfast was a little limited, however none of us went hungry.. And this is more that I was looking for a negative (not that I have any grumbles!)

Friendly staff and the location nearby small shops and restaurants. It was quiet! Breakfast was ok. When we discussed our disapointment about the room, the staff was very willing to accomodate us in a bigger room (for more money!). The price for a double room is way out of proportion. With discount they charged a full 125 pound per night. What we got was a small room, a view on a blind wall and a bed that really wasn't that good. Felt we were tucked away in a simple hotel and charged for a boutique hotel. The price to value is way out of league with any other big city in the world. When offered a different room, an extra supplement of 25 pounds a night was charged.

A small clean room in an area close to St Pancreas. Yes the room was small, but very well maintained and clean. Used this room for one night, as I had to catch the first Eurostar in the morning. I would use again.

It was my second stay at this hotel. I chose it because it is well- located: 15 minutes' walk from St Pancras, close to small shops and nice restaurants. The area is very quiet,no noise during the night. The receptionist was nice.He lent us an adapter and gave us information about transport.I Think I'll go back. Nothing

There was plenty of room to move around without being on top of eachother. On arrival it would have been nice if the reception offered to take my bag up as we were on the top floor and found it difficult as the stairs were very narrow.
