Very convenient situation. The staff were all very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The shower was good and hot, the hairdryer worked and you could make a cup of tea. Not luxurious - but all you need. A single room was tiny - but that's London for you. |

The refurbished hotel is pleasantly situated across from a park and near the Russell Square tube station. I had no trouble finding a taxi. Since I arrived early off the sleeper train from Scotland my room was not ready. The desk manager was extremely helpful in helping me handle the intervening hours. I was able to leave my luggage in the secure hallway. He gave me maps and directions to places i wanted to see, and tips on bus and tube fares. This i appriciated greatly. He even offered me breakfast in the dining room, as if i had stayed there the previous night. the breakfast staff was very kind. breakfast included a number of choices beside the standard full English cooked breakfast. The size of my room was shockingly small. At least it had a good view on the park, however, with my luggage blocking the small space, it became tedious to squeeze in and out of the small bathroom. The doors shut with a great slam, which was difficult to prevent. I would have preferred a telephone to the television. |

Friendly and cheerful staff. Quiet location.Basic accomodation but good value for money. Suited me as a cheap option for an overnight stop on a business trip. Well placed for tube and rail stations. Breakfast not huge but nicely cooked. Tatty, furniture and decor are very basic and have seen better days. Wouldn't recommend for families or for more than a couple of nights. |

i booked my stay for ease of accessability to St. Pancras rail station, which was very beneficial. three members of my family were unable to take their travelling cases up to Room 16, because of the steepness of the stairs. i found this to be unacceptable and would suggest that room not be used by the public. anyone infirm or disabled would not be able to use it.. |

The staff, cleanliness, and location. Availabity of free internet connection. The room was narrow and long and in the basement with a window at the end far away from the bed. Only one towel was provided, with no mat to keep the floor dry when leaving the shower. The shower had no thermostat and it was too easy to increase the hot water to excessive levels which could harm anyone taking a shower. |

Gentleman on front desk was helpful. Everything was poor - it resulted in the worst night in a hotel in my memory. |

The hotel was very close to Kings Cross and Russell Square stations which was excellent. The staff were brilliant they were very helpfull and helped me find my way around London. The only problem was that we were on the top floor and there were no lifts to it apart from that it was great and i would recommend this hotel to anyone visting London for a few days |

I like the hotel is very close to Euston train station where al virgin trains that come to London dropo off there. As a three stars hotel and having 24 hours reception the has a good value for money. The main disadvantage that it doesn't have a left. This is become a problem if the guest is alone and booked at second or third floor. |

The hotel is set in a gorgeous crescent not to far from Euston and Camden. The Staff were helpful, polite and were available even when we rolled in late from a gig. A great price, the room itself was great for the money and is perfect for acity break. Don't expect the Ritz, but a clean, friendly budget hotel. |
