Cozy place and within easy access to major attractions. Feels like home and atmosphere is excellent. Staff were nice and friendly. |

The bed was comfortable, room tidy and well organised and reasonably clean and quiet. No hot water (shower) and large stain on the main duvet cover - not attractive and doesn't help overall impression cleanliness. Very tied overall which also doesn't help overall impression. |

We booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were of high standard, 2 below. Upon arrival they had no confirmation of 2 of our rooms even though they were all booked at the same time. Eventually this was sorted out by the manager who was extremely helpful and gave us a free mini bar! |

Breakfast was first class, bed very comfortable. The bathroom, especially round the shower area was old and the sealing, grouting etc. should be redone for a better effect. |

A very bad hotel, very dirty and uncomfortable. Never again everything needs improvement but the only thing nice was the breakfast |

It was quiet and close to the tube in the area we wanted. The staff were helpful and the breakfast excellent. It was what we expected for the price. Our room was up five flights of stairs and was just a bit shabby; in need of re-decoration. We found an old cigarette on the floor. It wasn't really like their website. |

Pleasant welcome from reception staff. Room fair size, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Good ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was barely adequate as we do not like a cooked breakfast and would have preferred fruit etc as an option. There was a serious language barrier! We would also like to pour our own milk into our cereal!! |

Very comfortable, good location Tired decor, needs some TLC. Windows need replacing and shower seals need replacing, curtains shrunk in the wash. This was a lovely B&B but needs renovation to bring it back to it's original standard. |

The staff didn't speak English. I asked for an iron but could not make myself understood. Not enough room for breakfast so I had to leave without any. For such poor service it was very over-priced. |

I only stayed for 1 night and the hotel was used just for a base. It was ideal for this, not too far from the tube, clean and the staff were friendly. As mentioned, the hotel is ideal if used for a base. I would not like to think i was spending a holiday there. Although the rooms were a decent size, the hotel was small, not a lot of room on the stairways or landings. There was a shower attached to the bath but wasnt connected to the wall so in order to have a morning shower you had to hold the shower. |

good level of service from the staff The bathroom could do with a serious makeover. The shower scren around the bath was something out of a prison. The bath was lacklustre, the bath surround was dirty and the shower did not function correctly. The bed linen consisted of layers of sheets and blankets and the matress protector was grey. |
