Wszystkie dzieci do lat 3 - pobyt bezpłatny, jeżeli śpią na obecnych łóżkach.
Wszystkie dzieci starsze lub dorośli - opłata w wysokości 15,00 GBP za osobę, za dobę, na dodatkowych łóżkach.
Maksymalna ilość dodatkowych łóżek w pokoju to 1.
Nie ma możliwości dostawienia łóżeczek niemowlęcych w pokoju.
Dodatkowe łóżka oferowane są na życzenie i muszą zostać potwierdzone przez hotel.
Dodatkowe opłaty nie zostaną automatycznie doliczone do całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji i muszą zostać uregulowane bezpośrednio w hotelu.

Zasdniczą zaletą hotelu jest jego lokalizacja w poblizu Centrum konferencyjnego OLIMPIA. Monotonne śniadania. Codziennie jajko pod inną postacią. Brak klimatyzacji powodował zaduch w pokoju. Okna pokoju wychodziły na linię kolejową co w znacznym stopniu przeszkadzało w spaniu w godzinach porannych. Nie wiem co oznaczają trzy gwiazdki ale na pewno nie komfort i jakość. Nie należy kierować się nimi przy wyborze tego hotelu. |

The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. The bathroom was alittle old fashioned and a lot of condensation on the windows. Also we were at the top of the house and had to walk up 4 flights of stairs |

I did not actually stay as the room and bathroom were not clean and there was no fire escape and the room we were allocated was on the top floor. Staff were unable to offer a rooom on the lower floors and could not amke any decision about refunding any monies...all in all a very disappointing hotel, How it achieves 3 stars I do not know....on firts entering the hotel by way of the basement you are met with strong unpleasant cooking smells...we checked out and went to the Hilton!! |

Rather good breakfast, warm room, good warm blankets and comfortable pillows. The location isn't good although it is not far from the tube station but the way is very complicated. Extremly uncomfortable stair - narrow and high. No shower cabin. And the worst- trains under the window, I even felt the bed swinging when they passed by! |

It was a convenient position to visit nearby family. A good breakfast was included. We had to climb 4 steep flights of stairs for our room. |

The room was OK it wasnt a bad place to stay it just wasnt a particularly good one either. The only reason we stayed there was because it was close to somewhere we had to go the following day. I wouldnt stay there for more than 1 night. The rooms especially the bathroom needed completely renewing, the shower didnt work, the whole room looked old and tatty and stained. The staff were nice enought though - just a shame the decor lets the place down. The shower didnt work and no milk for tea/coffee in the morning - we had to call reception who bought up a whole glass of milk - bit of a language barrier. |

Fairly close to the metro. Awful! Very dirty bathroom with mould and rust-size of bathroom was like a closet.Duvets had yellow stains- GROSS-Breakfast was poor badly made eggs-no fruit, yogurt.Overpriced for what it was no Value for money. Shower had no hot water in the morning! Will not recommend this place to anyone because it was overpriced for budget. We would have liked to check out after one night but had to pay upfront when we got there! |

The bed was comfortable, room tidy and well organised and reasonably clean and quiet. No hot water (shower) and large stain on the main duvet cover - not attractive and doesn't help overall impression cleanliness. Very tied overall which also doesn't help overall impression. |

We booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were of high standard, 2 below. Upon arrival they had no confirmation of 2 of our rooms even though they were all booked at the same time. Eventually this was sorted out by the manager who was extremely helpful and gave us a free mini bar! |

It was quiet and close to the tube in the area we wanted. The staff were helpful and the breakfast excellent. It was what we expected for the price. Our room was up five flights of stairs and was just a bit shabby; in need of re-decoration. We found an old cigarette on the floor. It wasn't really like their website. |

Pleasant welcome from reception staff. Room fair size, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Good ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was barely adequate as we do not like a cooked breakfast and would have preferred fruit etc as an option. There was a serious language barrier! We would also like to pour our own milk into our cereal!! |

Very comfortable, good location Tired decor, needs some TLC. Windows need replacing and shower seals need replacing, curtains shrunk in the wash. This was a lovely B&B but needs renovation to bring it back to it's original standard. |
