Just a short walk from Stratford town center and the RSC Theatre, this delightful family-run B&B has been completely refurbished and now features 4 stars from Visit Britain. Avonpark House is also ideally located for exploring the surroundings which are home to areas of natural beauty, including the picturesque Cotswolds and a number of historic attractions, including Warwick Castle. Stratford itself is home to the birthplace of William Shakespeare and numerous pubs and restaurants. You can also enjoy boat trips along the river and shows at the RSC Theatre. In the evenings you can relax in the comfort of your newly refurbished guest room and keep in contact with friends, family and colleagues using the free Wi-Fi access on your own laptop (depending on signal strength). Lovely & cozy room. Bill and Cita are friendly and impeccable hosts. Wonderful breakfast Location is excellent! Just a short walk via the romantic old Tramway path to the Royal Shakespear Theater and the town center.

It is a very comfortable B&B with an excellent breakfast, extremely clean, the owners are only happy to assist in any way they can, they also offer a very cost effective laundry service at £6 per load, and the location is great just a few minutes walk to Stratford town centre. We do not have any negative comments concerning this establishment.

Very welcoming and helpful with superior accomodation, lovely garden view room with huge bed and a sofa. Complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits and minneral water. Breakfast was great, ordered the night before so freshly cooked and very tasty. Discount vouchers a bonus too!

The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped, very friendly and informative host, lots of money off coupons and discount vouchers which saved us over £50 during the weekend, breakfast superb, would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Closeness to the town Very noisy indeed. Shouting and movement from upstairs for over 2 hrs in the middle of the night! Bed very uncomfortable due to poor matress. Breakfast poor.

The hotel was quite good. The room was beautiful and spacious. There was a great view of the garden from the windows. The breakfast was good (you had to order it the previous evening, which made us worry a bit because we went to the theater, but even though we left our order at 11 pm, we did find breakfast ready and delicious in the morning). The staff were good. It was quite hard to get hot water in the shower...

Friendly and helpful host - provided us with heaps of information and brochures regarding nearby attractions, some of which included discounts. Beautiful luxurious accommodation. Good variety on the breakfast menu. Really tasty meals. Great location. Free parking. Absolutely picturesque town - a must see. Stay over at Avonpark House.

Bill and Cita do a really good job of running Avonpark B+B, our room which was on the ground floor was lovely, warm with a comfortable bed and a super en-suite. Give Avonpark a try, it is good, and if you like wildlife; watching the birds and Squirrels whilst having your breakfast is a real treat. I am not a lover of bacon which is I suspect re-heated and ends up like a piece of cardboard
