Neutral decor and clutter free in the rooms. Liked the ensuite shower in room. Maybe the car park as it seemed quite busy when we checked in and we would have boxed people in if we'd parked in the car park and this wasn't as convenient but i suppose there was alot of room on the road. |

The hotel provided everything that we needed without any fuss. Everything was pretty basic, but comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. |

Inexpensive and reasonably good value for money. Close to the University and in a pleasant, quiet location. Clean rooms. Room was quite small and facilities quite basic (but also quite cheap). |

Great location (5min walk from the University, in a quiet & pretty road), comfy bed, clean bathroom facilities, free wi-fi and ok breakfast, what more to expect from a £30 room? |

Very helpful staff - very good food It suited me, but it is an old hotel that would benefit from updating, but is very good value for money. |

Nothing, Telephone does not work, shower head trickles water, complete floor makes noise when you walk. Noise from other rooms can be heard all the time. Table squeaks. No elevator and the stair case is very narrow. Absolutely nothing |

Very good not expensive hotel. The additional plus is free Wi-Fi internet access in every point of the hotel. The hotel is located in beautiful silent place, but is close to the center. The close and affable personnel. It was the second my stay in Awentsbury hotel. |

Great Location especially for the University, Friendly Staff. A good breakfast. I paid extra for a shower in the room, ( i assumed this would make it en suite ) However the room was very very small and the shower was literally a shower cubicle in the corner of the room right next to the window. And the toilet was back down in the main hall, downstairs. |

I am sorry, I did not like anything. I was very disappointed. The hotel was untidy. No toilet in the rooms. Dishwashing not done properly. Do they not have a dishwashingmaschine? Answered above.WE Are frequent travellers, and from your discribtion we considered the ok because the neartnes to Cofton Park in Longbridge. There was much fuss about the payment. |

Convenient location close to the university of Birmingham/transportation to the city centre and a 24h open tesco express. Very friendly and helpful staff. The toilet/shower could be cleaner. |

I did not have much opportunity to make full use of the hotel as I was with my husband in the Priory Hospital most of the time, but everything I asked for was readily available. I would happily return. |

Breakfast was ok, and the proximity to the university campus was ideal. Staff were friendly and polite. I feel it's slightly over priced for the standard of finish, which is quite dated. It was advertised with Sky tv in the lounge but there wasn't even a tv, and the tv in the bedroom only had a protable ariel with a terrible reception. |
