When 2 people sitting in a small table separately during breakfast, and no body is yet there, the owner insisting 2 unknown person to share a small table. Very dirty Carpets in the room.Not really professional.

Very friendly, accommodating and personable staff. Simple but clean accommodation. A bit out of town but very conveniently located for where we were going.

lovely hotel was perfect for our requirements. on arrival we were met by george who said as we seemed like a lovely young couple who were in love so he upgraded our room to a 4 poster double, which was beautiful, very homely and comfortable with beautiful furniture. would gladly stay there again on our next visit to cambridge.

hotel was a little bit too far out from the city center than what we thought it was going to be.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating

Our only dislike was the toilet did not flush in our room. There was three of us sharing a room so it was annoying to have to take the lid of the cystern to get the toilet to flush.

It was in a very good area for what we needed it for. George was very welcoming and very obliging changing our room to a more suitable one on arrival, Thank you.

Convient for our Monday Appointment Addenbrooks Hospital

It is not a hotel.A House with 6 rooms manage by a man that He is not available.When I arrived,He said welcome & gave Me room & porch key,that I & other guest We opened the door in coming & going.I Met Him twice in front of the house.No staff to answer Our question.It was clean.For check out I lef the keys in the front desk because nobody was there at 8.30 in the morning.

Nobody was there to answer to Your need.Even At 8.30 in the morning when I wanted to check out nobody was there & I left the key inside the front desk.

The description in Booking.com implied that breakfast was included which was not the case.

Un lit suranné très inconfortable De la moisissure en abondance dans la salle de bain Un manque évident de nettoyage : poussière, moquette tachée et sale, fenêtre sale Chambre bruyante qui donne sur une route (pas de double vitrage) Nous avons eu froid et n'avons croisé personne excepté au petit-déjeuner Personne pour nous accueillir lors de notre arrivée Ne louez surtout pas la chambre n°5 !!! Le propriétaire n'est pas disponible pour les clients, ne fait aucun effort pour être compris ou aimable ! Il a bien mieux à faire que de s'occuper de sa maison d'hôte !

El dueño muy amable y servicial.

La habitacion era muy pequeña y parecia que no se habia utilizado en mucho tiempo, mucha pelusa y tierra. La ducha hiper-chica. No había secador de cabello. Internet con buena señal pero insuficiente para cubrir las necesidades de cargar apropiadamente las paginas o utilizar Skype. Creo que para ser una pensión, es bastante pasable, pero la relación calidad precio me ha decepcionado bastante.
