Wonderful breakfast. Very clean and comfortable room. Free car park. Did not like the haggis as it was too much to eat for breakfast. Preferred the buffet continental. |

Breakfast good.Room comfy and warm.Although we had a seperate bathroom it wasn't a problem. We did have the rear facing room and I would say this was the quietest in the hotel.Bus stop right outside as well and this is the best way to get about with all the tram works in Edinburgh town centre. |

The owners were very helpful and had suggestions on where to go for good pubs. They explained how the public transport system worked, it was very easy to get around and we didn't need to use the car while we were there at all. The breakfast was good. The traffic noise may disturb you if you are in a front room and you are a light sleeper, however, I found it woke me up in good time to get ready for breakfast |

The couple were very pleasant and helpful. The room was cold, it was noisey(traffic), and it was definitely over priced. |

The owners of Aynetree Guesthouse are very friendly and willing to help you in any way. The room was very clean and fulfilled all basic needs. Breakfast was great. Our room had a detached bathroom. I knew this in advance, but it was quite a hassle when you wanted to go to the toilet or brush your teeth, you had to take a special key and leave the hotel room. Bathroom was very clean and comfortable, though. |

The breakfast was definitely value for money, and the room was comfortable. It was a little further from the city centre than we expected but the owners were friendly and did what they could to help us. |

A lovely guesthouse! Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Anne and Brian are delightful. Both so helpful, and each with a wonderful sense of humor. They make one feel welcome. Complementary parking, in addition to convenient bus service to/from the historic city center. Delicious breakfasts were preceded with a cheerful morning greeting. |
