AYRS and GRACES, Luxury Bed+Breakfast  

The room was excellent as was the service and breakfast. A little bit out of town but as a result very peaceful and very comfortable bed.

The hosts Rhona and Paul were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were first class and the breakfast was superb, I would recommend Ayrs and Graces to anyone and I am sure we will return next time we have a short break in Ayrshire

Everything. A warm and friendly welcome by Rhona and Paul, luxury room and excellent breakfast. Our break here completely chilled out my husband and myself.

From the moment we arrived Rhona the owner could not have been more helpful.Having used many facilities large and small over the years, I can honestly say that this was the best hospitality that I have received. Keep up the good work Rhona and as we said when we left, it will not be long before we return. Fantastic experience.

What we liked most- has to be the hosts. Everything else was also absolutely perfect. Beautifully funished to an excellent standard, every possible need was taken care of, the view is absolutely stunning. But what made our stay so very enjoyable, was the warm reception we received from Rhona and Paul. They invited us to the sitting room for a cup of tea or coffee, or a glass of wine or beer and even offered us very tasty home baked shortbread with fresh strawberries. We chatted away for ages, on the day of arrival as well as the next morning. So much so that we left almost too late to catch our ferry. The breakfast was divine, a big choice of fresh berries, cereals, joghurts, mueslis to start with and cooked breakfast of your choice with toast, jam, coffee, tea, orange juice etc. - tip: try the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon! Rhona and Paul are real people persons and they made us feel more like long lost friends than guests. Sadly we only stayed for one night, but we will surely be back, and are already looking forward to it. We left with big smiles on our faces and a warm fuzzy feeling.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Treated to coffee and homemade shortbread compliments of the house, We were also driven to our wedding reception free gratis.

Rhonda made us feel very welcome. A great host and a beautiful home.

Disappointe we did not have one of the self contained rooms we were led to believe we had booked by the booking confirmation but the room we had was fine

Sheer luxury from start to finish, a truly superb stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. Rhona and Paul were wonderful hosts. What a wonderful find and only 3 minutes from our own home!!!

we have never stayed anywhere that we have enjoyed so much. it is a stunning bed and breakfast. rhona, the owner is one of the nicest people you could meet and made us feel so welcome. i will definately be back and would recommend a visit to all my friends.

Excellent. Very very Good. Super location - countryside within easy reach of town. Very well appointed - room & guest areas are to 'designer' spec & very very clean. Customer service was second to none: extremely accommodating & friendly service. Very quiet at night. A very satisfying night's stay.

The hosts were marvelous as was the view. Our room was well-appointed with clean towels delivered every day; what a luxury. The room led to an outside porch which was a lovely place to enjoy an afternoon cup of tea. The robes the hosts provided were comfortable and added that extra touch. Breakfast was prepared by an expert caterer, who could ask for anything more?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ayrs and Graces, Rhona and Paul were wonderful hosts- we were greeted on arrival with homemade shortbread and offered tea, coffee or wine in the private lounge. Our room was superbly decorated and extremely comfortable with all the facilities you would expect. Breakfast was lovely, a selection of fresh fruit and cereal to start, then a choice of hot dishes. I would definately recommend this as a place to stay, a great base for exploring Alloway and Ayr.

Ayrs and Graces was just perfect in every way, luxury and nothing was too much trouble. We have stayed at several hotels in the past and this was the best by far! The saying about Ayrs and Graces is so true - arrive as guests, leave as friends! Planning our next trip back!!! Thank you Rhona!

This is a lovely B&B - warm, welcoming and nothing was a bother to the hostess, Rhona. Views of the Ayrshire countryside are wonderful from the terrace. The room we stayed in was luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend this as a place to stay and will definitely return.

If you are looking for perfection - this is it. Ayrs and Graces is everything and more that you could expect from 5 star accommodaton anywhere. I looked at tripadvisor before booking and with 73 five star reviews out of 73 - they must be doing something right!!! And this perfect rhona everyone talks about cant be that wonderful - but she is, she really is. The house is beautiful, truly beautiful, relaxing and elegant and all the superlative words one can find. I shan't go into the little touches (like the crystal glasses in your bedroom with the bottled water) the comfortable robes supplied, the wee sitting room with the Bruce suite and the exquisite and very comfortable large sitting room for the guests. Everything immaculate, absolutely everything and Rhona is just like a little doll who smiles all the time and whose passion for her b & b shines. Don't even think about booking anywhere else but here - I promise you a wonderful stay.
