Very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing and the owners go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for an excellent stay.
Nothing it was perfect.
Big and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Quiet and cosy. Feels kike home.Highly recommended.
Better driving directions needed since the place is not in a city centre.
The hostess was delightful. She was very friendly and chatty. She made us extremely welcome. This is the first time that we have been given a welcoming afternoon tea. My husband was offered a beer and I had a coffee. She also gave us nuts, slice and strawberries. She suggested places for dinner and made the reservation for us as well. We had dinner at the Carrick Lodge. Dinner was A1. Ayres and Graces was very quiet and peaceful and the décor was magnificent.
When we arrived the hostess was very apologetic. She had given our suite to a couple that had visited there a couple of times before. She gave us her reasoning for this (illness of one of the couple) and offered us one of 2 other rooms at lower cost.
Our time at ayrs and graces was nothing short of perfect. From the time we arrived until the moment we left the every little detail was attended to with outstanding attention to detail. Set in a beautiful locatIon with stunning views we where already planning our next visit before we had even left
We have stayed in hotels all over the world but have found a hidden gem right on our doorstep.Rhona &Paul could not do enough to make our stay even more comfortable in the last week the B&B was given a golden 5 star rating from visit Scotland We will be back for longer next time thanks again
Nothing everything fantastic

Not a problem on this stay but internet connection not good enough for Skype which we have needed from time to time

Owners paul and rhona were very friendly, and made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful, had a private lounge area, and stunning bathroom. We had a private patio area where we could watch the sheep in the field next to us. Breakfast was very tasty.
Nothing we didnt like!
Luxurious interior, we were made very welcome and given space and privacy. Cannot fault location and had a lovely meal in the brigadoon
The house and gardens are beautiful and it was in a perfect location for my work commitments
On arrival I was upgraded to the superb Robbie Burns suite, however on check out I was then charged accordingly.. I assumed it was a free upgrade as I was the only person staying, but it seemed not.
Rhona and Paul were fantastic. I was immediately made to feel very welcome. Paul gave me a tour and said I could choose my room. I chose the Jean Armour suite; lovely big bed, patio doors leading outside with fields and sheep, nice en suite with powerful shower. It was very clean as was the whole house. Each room having has its own thermostat so you can set your own temperature. Rhona sat with me and had coffee and homemade banana bread that was super tasty. The view from the kitchen was amazing looking out onto fields and the valley. They were very helpful in organising taxis and dinner reservations. Breakfast was great, i would definitely recommend the Scotish porridge. It was so relaxing and peaceful. I would love to go back. It was like visiting family and family that really you like!
Rhona and Paul: generous, lovely, intelligent. Excellent food, fantastic rooms, and marvellous location and all made even better by the wonderful Rhona and Paul who went above and beyond in so many ways.
small "but perfectly formed!" room and ensuite stylish decor friendly owner
Great location and was greated with a lovely warm welcome, would recommend the B&B to anyone.
lovely welcome, facilities and food - would definitely recommend !!
Very friendly & charming Hosts, Rhona & Paul definitely want to feel you make at home. Extremely helpful. Beautiful decorated room, spotless clean. Charming countryside.
Very friendly hosts, great accommodation
Thin walls and floors meant we could hear every footstep and noise, but not a real problem once every had gone to bed
Hospitality was first class. Food was excellent and many thoughtful touches were all provided as part of the package. Great location for everything Robert Burns and beautiful surrounding area. Great value for money and highly recommended.
Due to our itinerary we could only stay for two nights.
