The hotel and room were clean and the breakfast available was substantial. Parking at the rear was very convenient. |

Nice comfortable, clean room. Service at breakfast was very poor, had to ask for tea twice, when the breakfast did arrive eventually, it was stone cold. This was on sunday, the breakfast and service on Saturday was fine. |

Directly opposite the Harrogate International Centre We were allocated room No 9, the attic, twin beds after booking a double, extremely small, the toilet / shower cubical is a joke and the carpet outside this excuse for an en-suite was sodden wet and we had to use the towels provided to cover the wet carpet to use the toilet. There was no plug for the sink and the water was boiling hot, The water tanks are in the room and running most of the night. On the night of our stay it rain heavily and the noise on the velux window for deafening, my partner knocked her head on the low beam that straddles the room, so much so that she was unable to eat the mediocre breakfast. So who do I contact first Environmental Health, Trades Description people or Harrogate Council ? Do you check these places? |

The hotel was next to the conference venue and near to the town centre Service was poor. Had to wait ages in reception. Staff did the bare minimum. Shower was either scalding hot or freezing |

This Hotel was very close to town about 5 mins., with easy walking distance of resturants i.e italian 'Brio', Fish resturant 'Loch Fyne' and many more. It had its on parking but as there are foreign people living in this Hotel so parking is limited. On a positive the breakfast was ok. The Hotel is based on a main road opposite the International Centre, This seems to be a main route for the late pub goers, so be prepared for a sleepness night with plenty of shouting and girls trying to walk in high heels up the street. The bedroom was very basic with a very small shower which needs a good clean or replacing. decor was old but this is a cheap hotel (depending on where you book - Booking .com was the cheapest even when you phone the Hotel for a price). |

room clean and comfy and well arranged, shower was good. contents of drain erupted from sink when toilet flushed. Struggled to sleep because of noisy road traffic, A sign post to the breakfast room would have saved me 10 minutes looking for it. |

Very convenient to see a show at the conference centre which was right opposite. seating for breakfast was on large tables. Starters for breakfast was limited e.g. no grapefruit segments or fruit. There were apples, oranges and bananas. One morning no cornflakes until later. Bed covers and sofa covers were a bit tatty. |
