Arrived early and no problems checking in. Nice couple, great breakfast, comfortable bed, good facilities, plenty parking. Overall 9.8/10.
A bit far for easy walking for meals, but easy driving.
Wasn't told Wi-Fi code, had to ask.
A warm welcome from the hosts, who are truly interested in their guests, and very attentionate. A splendid breakfast, cooked by Graham, whose good humour is very pleasant. Very clean house, good beds, very kind people.
On the last day, the noise of the traffic on the road nearby, as the holidays were over, and my room on that side.
Great hosts Good sized room Plenty of space to park Nearby hostelries! Breakfast Banter
Clean room, big bathroom, decent wifi and friendly owners. Close to the m80 too. You cant ask for more for 40 quid!
All of it, excellent B&B great location for getting into Glasgow Accommodation better than most hotels we've stayed in. The hosts Graham & Tina couldn't have been more helpful. We had a great room with a super big en suite and the breakfast was cooked to order I even tried the haggis. Most enjoyable few days have already recommended to friends. C&T Bolton.
The weather ha ha
Great hosts Great breakfast Most comfortable beds Modern bathroom
incredible clean rooms, very good breakfast, excellent value for money, can't fault anything
We visited B&B this first time. Staff are very helpful and the room was truly comfortable. And then the breakfasts were so nice. We spent a great time!
Nothing at all
Everything: location very convenient to reach, excellent room, friendliest and most charming hosts ever, yummy breakfast
Can think of nothing we disliked here.
Owners were very nice and standard of breakfast was excellent.
Wifi connection difficult
Good bus route into Glasgow Friendly owners Good breakfast selection
Wonderful bed and breakfast - would give 10 out of 10 for stay here. Graham and Tina delightful hosts and made you feel so welcome. Facilities excellent, room was fabulous - made our other hotel accommodation pale in comparison!
We had to move on - could have happily stayed longer!
Everything. It was truly a lovely bed and breakfast. The owners could not be more helpful. Graham and Tina are a great team. Breakfast was superb with a great choice. Tea, coffee and biscuits in room plus fresh fruit. Would recommend this as a place to stay to anyone.
nothing to dislike!!
Very friendly owners that made me feel very welcome and gave me everything that I needed.
Tina & George were absolutely amazing!!! Best b&b!!! They really did make you feel at home! Beautiful rooms an a fantastic breakfast with sooo much to offer! Loved it!
rooms clean and lovely owners really friendly and welcoming great breakfast good value for money will be back
Lovely people, I was on my own so a wee bit apprehensive but they were friendly & welcoming, I had to drive into Kirkintiloch and I do not know the area, Graham sorted out perfect directions which settled my worries about getting lost, would highly recommend.
Self contained room Accept dogs Clean and spacious room Massive comfy bed Great breakfast Hospitable hosts
Wifi didn't extend to room but we were advised of this and it didn't bother us much.
Friendliness of proprietors and flexibility of breakfast time
Lovely hosts quality accommodation great breakfast would definitely reccomend
For a bargain price, this was like staying at a 5* hotel!! I mean, seriously, when I said that the dog was happy to sleep in the bathroom (I was worried about getting hair on the pristine carpets) I was asked "is he going to be OK there? There is underfloor heating for him"!! :-) when lots of places nowhere near this standard won't even allow pets. I was shown a large garden for him to have run around too and didn't feel like I had to tiptoe around with the dog on a short leash and keeping the baby under control like I often do at other hotels/B&B. The place is spacious, very stylish and has top spec fittings, the proprietors are very friendly and even baby-sat my 10 months old son while I was setting things up. Breakfast was fantastic, a big choice of quality food and all over very friendly and pleasant stay. If I am travelling through again, I will not look any further than Azalea House! E.D., Somerset
Nothing to dislike, the only slight improvement would be to have a baby cot available, but I carry my own so not a problem for me.
Great people, great breakfast, such a great place! We got some fantastic hints for sightseeing and dinner! Verry verry nice people there! If anyone should be afraid of the near to the highway: forget it! We didn't reconiced any sound of a car during the night!
Our short time for holidays! :) We didn't found any other negativ points there.
very clean, very friendly, nice breakfast, nice touches - cream in bathroom
if being really picky - blackout curtains in the annex building :)
