This beautifully preserved building has been transformed into stylish, modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi throughout. It is right on Weymouth’s seafront, 5 minutes’ walk from the station and town centre. The Grade II Listed B&B offers 4-star boutique rooms across 6 floors, and there is no lift. Each has a flat-screen TV, and beds have pocket-sprung mattresses and duck-down duvets and pillows. The bright and spacious guest lounge has stunning sea views, with free tea and fresh coffee available 24 hours a day. Daily newspapers and a library of books and DVDs are also available. A full English or continental breakfast is served in the morning, and there is a dinner menu made from locally sourced ingredients. The lounge also offers a variety of alcoholic beverages. The staff were excellent friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The wet room as apposed to a bathroom shabby carpets and a rather tired look.

The coffee machine (when it worked!) and free bottled water. We were given a free parking permi which was very helpful because parking in Weymouth is a challenge . The hotel is very central and the beach just over the road

Good location, excellent staff, great value for money. Like a hotel but for B&B prices! We were in a room that overlooked a pub and it was quite noisy in the night.

Lovely friendly staff and a communal lounge with a great view of the beach. Also excellent breakfast, far too much for me but i always saved the sausage for the dog! Nightmare parking go on the train!

The friendliness of the staff, the location, cleanliness were excellent, as were the breakfasts! Very close to busses and rail station, also shops.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast, communal sitting room with sea view & lovely comfy leather settees & complimentary hot & cold drinks. Staff could not do enough for us. Slightly worn stair carpet.

The spacious, bright, clean appearance was relaxing - the lounge overlooking the sea front with complimentary teas etc was very welcoming. The initial entry using the bell/intercom did not reflect the overall friendliness of the environment.

Clean contemporary rooms, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries, great kitchen/bar facilities, amazing cooked breakfast and continental choices. Fantastic views from communal lounge area. Very spacious and well designed. Staff very friendly and welcoming, parking permit was a huge help and unexpected. Location was better than expected... entrance is just off the beach and a short distance from the harbour. Could not fault anything about this hotel or Weymouth. The details provided on booking.com do not do this hotel the justice it deserves. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend and book again. Having to leave!

The friendly welcoming staff made our stay very enjoyable, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the spacious longe overlooking the sea was stocked with refreshments of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and biscuits. No drink facilities in the rooms which would have been appreciated.

Location - by the sea. The lounge with tea and coffee and water in fridge + views of sea. Comfy and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. + dog friendly. Fast wi-fi. The front door - keypad entry and then turning a really stiff handle. Really difficult to do. The staff did show me how to do it and I still struggled!
