Everything of good general standard

Enjoyed the lounge/tea and coffee making facilities. Added bonus that you were able to buy an alcoholic drink if required - unusual in B&Bs.

Although the bed room was an excellent size, the bath room was tiny, which meant that there was only a very small wash basin and if the tap was turned on too quickly you were soaked with water.

The staff were excellent friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

The wet room as apposed to a bathroom shabby carpets and a rather tired look.

Nice and clean no nick knack just what we were looking for it was a very nice one night stay.

The coffee machine (when it worked!) and free bottled water. We were given a free parking permi which was very helpful because parking in Weymouth is a challenge . The hotel is very central and the beach just over the road

Good location, excellent staff, great value for money. Like a hotel but for B&B prices!

We were in a room that overlooked a pub and it was quite noisy in the night.

This as a return visit with the reason being the staff are so friendly and location is fantastic.

On street parking

Lovely friendly staff and a communal lounge with a great view of the beach. Also excellent breakfast, far too much for me but i always saved the sausage for the dog!

The friendliness of the staff, the location, cleanliness were excellent, as were the breakfasts! Very close to busses and rail station, also shops.

Identification due to poor signage. Know it is a heritage building with sign restrictions but surely more could be done

The spacious, bright, clean appearance was relaxing - the lounge overlooking the sea front with complimentary teas etc was very welcoming.

The initial entry using the bell/intercom did not reflect the overall friendliness of the environment.

Clean contemporary rooms, comfortable bed, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries, great kitchen/bar facilities, amazing cooked breakfast and continental choices. Fantastic views from communal lounge area. Very spacious and well designed. Staff very friendly and welcoming, parking permit was a huge help and unexpected. Location was better than expected... entrance is just off the beach and a short distance from the harbour. Could not fault anything about this hotel or Weymouth. The details provided on booking.com do not do this hotel the justice it deserves. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend and book again.

The friendly welcoming staff made our stay very enjoyable, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the spacious longe overlooking the sea was stocked with refreshments of tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and biscuits.

No drink facilities in the rooms which would have been appreciated.
