Staff were excellent and very helpful, King size room was large and very comfortable with a large bathroom, flat screen TV and all facilities that made our stay enjoyable. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent and good value for money. The breakfast was also very good with a range of fruit, cereal & cooked. We went shopping in Bath which is about 1 mile on the bus which you can catch at the end of the drive. I would highly recommend this hotel at the discounted price of £65 per night, which was a real bargain. |

The staff are freindly and it is a good location. Our room was not set up for our 2 children and we had to move rooms. The facilities was not set up for 4 people, not enough cups, towels etc. |

Breakfast very good, room very clean and warm, impressive reception. Easy parking. The bedroom blocks felt like an up-market university campus. The original house had no comfortable lounge for guests to relax. The beautiful reception area flattered to deceive! |

The room was large but cozy and very clean, with a larger than normal TV. We did not have an evening meal there but the breakfast was average. The sauna was out of order at the time. |

Good location for visiting Bath. We had the Christmas Market package including taxi into Bath which worked well. Rooms are in a separate block with poor outside lighting and in bad weather you get wet! |

The hotel was excellently placed for access in to bath city centre and also had a great selection of country pubs a short walk away, would definately stay again |
