部屋は清潔で使いやすい。庭は芝が広い。無料のミネラルウオーターが各フロアーにあり。 ホテルの入口の看板がわかりにくい。特に夜にチェックインしたのでとても探すのに困った。早めのチェックイ- ンをおすすめ。 ホテルの中は数棟に分かれているのでどの棟にあたるかによって違うが、エレベーターはどこもない。3階建て- が基本。 |

とても快適。バスタブ付きシャワーは可動式で湯量充分。ジャグジーで疲れもとれた。朝食は果物も豊富でバイ- キング形式ながら自分でフルイングリッシュブレックファーストを皿に盛りつけられる。ただ、シティセンター- からは遠い。 |

建物の雰囲気はすばらしく、部屋の設備・広さは申し分ない。レストラン、インターネット、コーヒーラウンジ- 、会議スペース、ジムやプールなどもあり、週末をのんびり過ごす、またはバース市内・周辺地域の観光をする- にはうってつけである。 市街地からは少し離れているため、日曜日の移動はバスの本数が少ないこともあり、交通の便が良くない。平日- での利用またはレンタカーによる移動をお勧めする。バスは、１３番系統ベイブルック・ハウス・ホテル前で下- 車。平日の朝・夕のピーク時には、１５分おきにバスが出ている。 |

Staff were really good and friendly, very helpful. "King Size Room" wasn't as King Size as we would have liked! 2 single beds pushed together isn't quite what you want from a King Size room! |

Availability of transport into City centre, specifically the bus route with stops immediately outside the gates. Queueing for breakfast, probably due to the shortage of staff. The shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold which could be dangerous for slipping. |

The room was very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great with lots to choose from. It was a big hotel with various buildings, you had to go outside to get to all the facilites i.e dining room, gym, bar etc which wasnt a huge problem but a few people including ourselves had faulty key cards. We had to hang around a while when we came back late at night to get back into the hotel, but it was quickly fixed and staff were very helpful. |

The large comfortable bedroom was big enogh to relax in during the evening. There were two comfortable chairs, flat screen tv and free internet. The hotel was quiet and clean. There wasn't enough tables for everyone at breakfast which resulted in queueing up for a table. I had to wait 2 out of the three days for 15minutes for the cooked buffet to be restocked. The staff worked very hard but there was not enough staff to make the breakfast time run smoothly. We decided not to bother trying to eat here for dinner and ate else where. |

Excellent service from all staff encountered. We had a problem in our room and people came straight away to help Breakfast on Saturday wasn't smooth, there were not enough staff to clear tables, serve drinks and keep the buffet topped up. Sunday was better |

we stayed in a king size room and the bed was very large and very comfy. liked the heated towel rail and great wide screen tv. breakfast was great and good selection of food. was great location as so easy to get the bus into the town centre yet far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of it and beautiful surroundings was at the top of the hill so walking down to the bus stop was fine but at the end of the day returning to the hotel was a chore walking up the hill. guests at the hotel were very selfish and after waiting 10 minutes for some more sausages to come out for breakfast and waiting in the queue to get some there was only one left that me and my boyfriend had to share and that was because other selfish people had 4 or 5 on their plate. i know its buffet breakfast and you can eat as much as you want but there is taking liberties especially when other people have been waitin for them too. |

The Sauna room was not working. The Spa room was looking sad, unappealing and dirty. The water in the jacuzzi did not look as clean as it should have been. As we left the hotel, we mentioned this in the reception. |

The camp bed provided in our room for a fourteen yera old child was not acceptable, it was a cheap version and not able to support her weight! I have never been given a camp bed in a hotel before and would expect a proper bed to be provided. |

The actual building is beautiful and the rooms lovely. There was nothing I did not like apart from the location. It was a fair way to walk from the centre of Bath and of course up the hill after the long walk! I did actually book this hotel for a relaxing romantic city break with my partner based on your facilities in particular the sauna and spa. However the sauna was not working which was very disappointing as it was a choice of the travel lodge in the centre of Bath or your hotel as really as we did not get the facilities, I wish now I would have spent less and gone to the travel lodge, especially as that is right in the centre. |

We have stayed at several Bath hotels and this was certainly the best. The staff were friendly and efficient, the room was excellent, spacious and clean, breakfast very good, parking adequate and we had no complaints at all. |

Its close proximity to Bath its location just on the outskirts is very good the food was lovely it was very peacefull and the staff very helpfull and pleasent would be nice to have a second tub chair in the room, and the bar upstairs was very disapointing could do with a complete make over. The suna and jaccuzi area could be made nicer |

we liked the quite and peaceful location of the hotel,but it was only a short drive to the centre of Bath.The room we stayed in was spacious and clean,all the hotel staff were polite and helpful.We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again. |

Beautiful grounds. Unintrusive staff but helpful and friendly. we got a good deal on this hotel so felt like value for money. Lovely evening meal on last night in hotel. Good bar. noisy staff outside our room at 07:30 (cleaning cupboard outside) 20 minute walk to city centre and 30 minutes back but taxis £6.. After a long day walking around the city the walk back seems to take forever and uphill! Not much character in accomodation/bar and restaurant block which is detatched from main building and not aesthetically as pleasant but we didn't mind this too much as spent a lot of time in the town centre. |

Very nice location, lovely atmosphere & pleasant grounds. Good base for visiting Bath and surrounding areas. Steps around buildings & no lifts can make it more difficult for people with physical disabilities |
