O hotel é bonito, bem confortavel,os quartos são ótimos..

Tivemos muita dificuldade de localizar o Hotel p/ GPS,demoramos mais de 1:30 hs, nas proximidades do hotel até localiza-lo.O jantar encerra-se as 21:00 hs e tem que pré agendar.

We liked the hotel's grounds and the location was great, the food was lovely and the staff was very helpfull and pleasant.

Facilities were functional and the breakfast good

The impression of the hotel was that of a nice old hotel with good facilities. Reality was a travel lodge type style accomodation with nice old frontage that was only used for conferences. Boiler system stretched to its limit on our second nights stay resulting in continual banging which kept me up all night. The hotel manager dealt with this professionally and only charged us for one nights stay.

the food was awful, my evening meal was the worst food I had been served in a long time. the bar is souless and old fashioned. the facilities were poor. for example, there was a table tennis table but the only ball was broken. the carpets all needed a good hoover. to get a drink in the bar you had to call a member of staff via a bell. the hotel bill and food were far too over priced for the standard of this hotel.

Everything about the hotel lived up to expectations. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The location of the hotel in relation to the city was excelant with a good bus service. This was necessry to avoid the nightmare of parking in the city.

The room facilities were excellent - the bed being the most comfortable yet.

Very polite staff, especially the gentleman in reception helped us a lot.

First of all there is no wifi in bedrooms, I asked several times if there was a problm but replied with a no. But I couldnt accesss wifi in any bedroom area. Restaurant and Bar have a thick curtains and night time they are all closed, don't know why as this is giving a gloomy ambiance. Food in the reastaurant so so, but don't advise "Risotto", no way good. Bedrooms need to be renovated surely, seems long time no touch. Bedrooms,restaurant/bar and main building (which I had to get in as wifi in bedrooms were not working) are in separate locations and there were around 20-50 meters distance among them.

Availability of transport into City centre, specifically the bus route with stops immediately outside the gates.

Queueing for breakfast, probably due to the shortage of staff. The shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold which could be dangerous for slipping.

The large comfortable bedroom was big enogh to relax in during the evening. There were two comfortable chairs, flat screen tv and free internet. The hotel was quiet and clean.

There wasn't enough tables for everyone at breakfast which resulted in queueing up for a table. I had to wait 2 out of the three days for 15minutes for the cooked buffet to be restocked. The staff worked very hard but there was not enough staff to make the breakfast time run smoothly. We decided not to bother trying to eat here for dinner and ate else where.

Excellent service from all staff encountered. We had a problem in our room and people came straight away to help

Breakfast on Saturday wasn't smooth, there were not enough staff to clear tables, serve drinks and keep the buffet topped up. Sunday was better

we stayed in a king size room and the bed was very large and very comfy. liked the heated towel rail and great wide screen tv. breakfast was great and good selection of food. was great location as so easy to get the bus into the town centre yet far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of it and beautiful surroundings

was at the top of the hill so walking down to the bus stop was fine but at the end of the day returning to the hotel was a chore walking up the hill. guests at the hotel were very selfish and after waiting 10 minutes for some more sausages to come out for breakfast and waiting in the queue to get some there was only one left that me and my boyfriend had to share and that was because other selfish people had 4 or 5 on their plate. i know its buffet breakfast and you can eat as much as you want but there is taking liberties especially when other people have been waitin for them too.

The camp bed provided in our room for a fourteen yera old child was not acceptable, it was a cheap version and not able to support her weight! I have never been given a camp bed in a hotel before and would expect a proper bed to be provided.
