Great breakfast. Lovely garden. Great situation. Having a restaurant would have been nice but good alternatives nearby. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was an admirable attention to detail - a complimentary bottle of water each day, a chocolate left on the pillow of the bed- which contributed to a very positive impression. The shower alternated between freezing to scalding very rapidly, and the wash-hand basin took ages to drain. Bad marks for the plumbing, then. |

Decor and setting of hotel. An ideal setting in which to relax after a long drive. Perhaps they should have fans available for the hottest nights of the year. I wouldn't expect air conditioning, but could not sleep as it was a very hot night. |

Very pleasant staff and accommodation. A definite place for a leisure trip and a holiday. Very good value for money. Away from city centre, if in a hurry to get to the centre, avoid the peak traffic timings |

Countryside feels but with modern amenities. Good breakfast and homely. Toilet door does not come with a lock. The main door can only be locked with a key from inside the room. |

Hotel was clean and we were made to feel welcome. The staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to find us somewhere for a meal as dietary problems were involved. |

The facilities in the room were not very good. Shower room was very small and it definitely needed a dressing table |

It is a very comfortable and friendly hotel with the rooms very well equipped and tastefully decorated in the Jane Austen period! The hotel is at least 1.5 miles from the city centre, which is not stated clearly in the website. |

Lovely hotel, well decorated and presented. Staff friendly, room clean, breakfast good. The gardens were a bit smaller than we expected. |

The surroundings of the hotel were lovely the building was stunning. Good location easy to get into Bath friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in the garden suite, which was in the hotel basement, we were woken very early by people walking across the floor in the dining room above us, this was quite noisy. |

the breakfast was excellent, although the staff appeared reluctant for guests to share tables, this resulted in a long queue for breakfast on the second day. the accomodation was acceptable, although there does seem to be an unusual amount of loose floorboards under the carpets. Why were these not secured before the carpets were fitted? I know this could be called "character" but to me this is just poor workmanship. |

An enjoyable comfortable relaxing stay in a beautiful period house, Location just great a world away from Bath 10 minutes by car. Breakfast served with care & attention, Fresh great food ! The Royal Bath Hotel was recomended to dine at, Understandably as it is owned by the same management, However my experience was the food did not reflect as to the quality of Bailbrook. I was expecting "Fine Dining" on reflection the service was extremely good and the food value for money, Why not recomend a fine dining resturant to match the fine lodge ! |

This beautifully preserved Georgian mansion is set in 24 acres of gardens and parkland, only 10 minutes drive from the M4 motorway and only 5 minutes from Bath city centre. |
Enter an atmosphere of period charm in Dorian House, built of Bath stone circa 1880. It is a fine example of victorian architecture at its most elegant, retaining all of its original features. |
Award-winning Tasburgh House is a luxurious Victorian guest house set in seven acres of gardens overlooking Bath. |
'Bath's most beautifully located hotel, by the River Avon with lovely gardens & stunning views over the countryside'. The Old Mill is located on a site that housed a flour mill until 1907. |
