The hotel was well sited, clean and the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely situation and very convienient for visiting Bath. I think it is overpriced, for the room we had, it was quite small and we couldnt unpack our luggage properly. The rooms could do with updating, the shower room/toilet are separate but the washbasin is in the room, not that convienient. The main hotel could also do with a revamp, the overall finish is is need of attention (terrible loose floorboard at the bottom of the main staircase!). |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, efficiant and helpful - they didn't even mind that we were down early for breakfast on our first day. The breakfast was excellent. Slightly odd tasting milk, beware the tea served for breakfast and in the lounge is very strong and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it was one of their busiest weekends of the year |

The staff were excellent and very helpfull. The manager knew his job, putting customers first. Not many places have proper table cloths and napkins. Proper tea (loose leaves) and strainer provided. |

Good food, excellent service. Very convenient for Bath City as on a bus route, so avoiding horrendous traffic queues and problems with parking. Room very small |

Very convenient for transport into town, easy access to motorway. Staff very helpful when approached. Breakfast excellent Very draughty, no heating on first night, no extra blankets or pillows, heating limited on 2nd night, hotel full on 3rd night so heating on full blast!! No real bar, just a cupboard, which closed at 10pm. Good job that we were good friends as the room was a little small for a twin!!! |

We don't like anything in the hotel after 2 night stay. The hotel is well over rated for tariff purposes. It should be only be 3 stars. Not everything works in the hotel room. It looks nice but not functional. |

Very nice staff, very good breakfast. Some nice touches in the bedroom (chocolates, sweets). Good size bathroom. Good pillows (not rubber - which is unusual). Lots of hot water (on first morning of two) Location was very disappointing as next to busy noisy roads and not as close to Bath city centre as expected. Bedroom was very cramped. Central heating either not on or not working so room (especially the bathroom) was very cold (discovered a fan heater in the cupboard on last morning!). Scanty blankets on bed - we asked for twin but got two beds made up as one so blankets barely covered us if either of us moved. We spent two cold nights as only one thin extra blanket provided. Duvets would have been good. Couldn't get a hot bath or shower on second morning. |

the service was very good , very helpfull for information about bath. the breakfast was excellent, shame that there was not more resturants within walking distance, or that they did'nt supply an evening meal. we were alittle disappointed in our room, allthough everything you needed was there, it was a bit cramped. |

After booking a room with a 'bathroom' which was actually a shower room we were upgraded to a better room which was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were very good indeed, cooked well, with good quality ingredients. We took the car into Bath each day as it would have been quite a long walk. Despite being very close to a busy roundabout, the hotel was very very quiet. We would stay here again. |

A pleasant room on the third floor with a fourposter bed and view over the garden. The most memorable aspect of our stay was possibly the best breakfast we have had at any British hotel. Cooked individually, served on hot plates, plenty of it and delightful staff to do the serving. With heavy luggage and no lift a room on the third floor could be a difficulty for some. The hotel is on the further outskirts of Bath but is within walking distance. Although the notice mentioned evening meals these were not served at the hotel. |

This beautifully preserved Georgian mansion is set in 24 acres of gardens and parkland, only 10 minutes drive from the M4 motorway and only 5 minutes from Bath city centre. |
Located in the heart of the city centre, this modern hotel is ideally set within half a mile of the railway station and a 30-minute drive from Bristol Airport. |
Set in delightful gardens with panoramic views over the beautiful, historic city of Bath, this elegant Victorian house offers attractive en suite accommodation in a quiet, peaceful location. |
Enter an atmosphere of period charm in Dorian House, built of Bath stone circa 1880. It is a fine example of victorian architecture at its most elegant, retaining all of its original features. |
