The guy from the reception had promised me to keep my luggage a few hours after my check-out, but later he changed his position and refuse to keep it. So it was needed to leave the luggage at the Victoria Coach Station.

When I arrived the proprietor wasn't even in the hotel. I had to wait on the doorstep for 15 minutes not knowing what was happening before anyone arrived. My 'room' was a box room on the fourth floor (no lift) - the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There were people moving around in the corridor directly outside my room all night

I enjoyed the breakfast as it was simple but filling. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a log!

The Nightporter should of dressed smart - it let him down. I could see fast food boxes in the Reception Office when I had arrived and his bed on the floor with laptop..Not a good example. He was wearing a tracksuit!

Location. Breakfast was ok.

My bedframe broke the first night. I ended up getting a discount on the room, but they never tried to fix it anyways. Bathroom on third floor was way worse than the second floor one (mildew, dirty sink and floor, barely ever any toilet paper) Was lucky to get hot water over our 4 nights. Hairdryer in room broke, however they did offer a replacement. Only was allowed 1 towel each for entire stay. Beds that were not broken were uncomfortable. They do not wash the comforter blankets regularally because they say they are a budget hotel. Very very true. I will spend the extra few bucks next time somewhere else on the street.

Excellent location, quiet environment, though in the centre of London, very close to sights and also to the Victoria Station - connection to airports. Clean and with pleasant scent, brand new bathroom. Very good breakfast.

The room for three persons was a little bit small, however, large enough for a short stay.

Good location for downtown London - walking distance to Victoria station. The hotel and the rooms were clean.

No hot water available in the afternoons until 1800 hours. The rooms were very basic and cramped. Reading lights over beds did not work in Room 1.
