The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Our bed was sort of thrown together one day and milk was not replaced on one morning but that was all. I suppose carpeting in the bathroom is not great. |

The staff were all lovely and could not have been more helpful. The Hotel is very dated and in need of refurbishment, the bed in my room was very lumpy and had burst springs, the bathroom had carpet on the floor which smelled strongly of urine, just a pity some money could not be spent to upgrade as it could be great and in a very good area. |

Obviously under staffed, particularly in the evenings - we waited one hour for our evening meal to be served in the bar (the food was very nice when it came) - wan't just us, others were nearly walking out because of the wait. . Same man serving in the bar had to answer phone and also attend to reception |

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was a bargain for what we got. Good bar food and the swimming pool was an unexpected bonus, albeit an enlarged bath. I think all hotels in The Cairngorms have poor TV reception!! Made watching Eurovision that bit more entertaining... Also expect loads of coach trips here. Good thing or bad thing?? |

I only stayed at this hotel overnight having arrived late and left immediately after breakfast the next morning. The location suited my requirements,it was inexpensive, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the food OK which is all I look for for such a short stay. |

the friendlyness of the staff . service was first class. very relaxed feel about the hotel. could do with renewing the floorboards in corridor as the squeaked loudly every time some walked along corridor, most annoying when trying to sleep |

The price. Boiler had broken before we arrived so the pool was closed (main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool) and the radiators in the room didn't work - heating supplied by a portable electric heater. Luckily it was warm the days we were there so heating not really a problem. A week earlier and it may have been quite different. |
