Location, WiFi, Breakfast, printing in the Reception, Bathroom/shower seemed new and terrific.

I asked for a towel and didn't get one, so had to ask again when I got back that night. Whatever. Good value, good location, great Reception people. Bedside light not installed yet...

We was 4 friends and was in room 8 .. the room was exactly what we wanted ... a nice 2 double beds and 1 single that we do not use, table, new LCD TV, a refrigerator and a clean bath. The staff there was really helpful. They provide us with all we wanted ... a luggage store, adapters and good breakfast ... Thank You guys.

Location - close to city centre

Small, dirty rooms. Breakfast is disaster - only egs and beans.

The stuff was friendly. The location is very good: the Westfield mall, tube, grossery stores and pubs are within short walking distance.

It's impossible to sleep longer than 7 A.M. because of the noise in the kitchen and next rooms' doors. Also you may hear well your neighbours' snoring. The wi-fi was very weak. Breakfast is quite poor, but better than nothing... You will be also asked to pay the whole amount upon arrival!

I did not like anything about this hotel.

I didn't like the fact the the smoke detectors had a carrier bag tied around them,it wasn't clean and it was uncomfortable and smelt like curry. You advertised this as a 3 star infact it was a 2 star.

Good price, good location, clean and comfortable.

Staff freindly and easy going

Room poor mould in room and bathroom,beds in bad way, shower holder broken so had to hold shower head yourself and ham left in fridge don't know how long that had been there so didnt use the fridge.

Close to several tube stations. Hot breakfast exceeded expectations.

The hotel is probably the best value for money hotel in this part of London. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable and have been spotlessly clean every time I have stayed. The facilities are probably better than other hotels in this price range in which I have stayed. I have stayed there several times and would definitely stay again

Just 2 small things: no bedside light and no plug in the bathroom sink in most of the rooms I have used

I'd had multiple stay in the hotel. The management/staff are very friendly, helpful&professional.The hotel is few minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush Westfield shopping centre.It is close to several underground stations&bus garage making the hotel a convenient place to stay&travel all over London within short period of time. Rooms and breakfast room are clean,cosy& comfortable.

Inexpensive for area. Had private bath with shower. Friendly, cooperative, even helpful staff. Breakfast satisfactory.

Small room, shower tiny (no room to even lift arms to shampoo hair). Takes several hours to warm room up. Wifi too slow for streaming.

The hotel is a great value for money. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I was given a double bedroom instead of a single one as they had it available. I would recommend it for a budget stay in London.

2nd time staying here, had no troubles everything was good :)

Dirty bathroom, uncomfortable bed, cold rooms, disgusting kettle, Lime- scale in shower, cigarette burned holes in blankets, dirty carpet, someone checked my belongings when I was away!

We did not like anything about

No plugs in sink,no wardrobe asked for one and got a two draw office cabinet,breakfast room to small for three hotels to use at same time and we had to go to euro hotel to get b/fast which was across the road,by a main road and constant wail of sirens from local police stn at all hours.no reception at this hotel so some guest was very loud at all hours coming back from being out etc etc,strong smell of cannabis coming from one of the rooms down stairs,would not use again and plz take off you list asap only good for dhss and single people
