gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangst. Ook midden in de nacht. Wij waren voor 1 nacht maar onze kamer nodigde niet uit om langer te blijven. De kamer was erg klein. |

24 uurs receptie en gastvrijheid. Kamer aan achterkant was rustig gelegen. onderhoud aan ramen en de binnenkant is nodig. Oude en verfarme schuiframen bleken lastig in gebruik. |

het is dicht bij het centrum en personeel zeer vriendelijk de bedden waren oncomfortabel , de tv deed het zeer slecht en de kamers waren aan een opknapbeurt toe. |

The location was great and the hotel staff were excellent anything that we wanted was no problem no matter what time.very helpful& pleasent staff& management..overall Just the decor was a bit dated.but didnt find it a problem over all as the hotel was very clean.. |

Very large apartment with decent breakfast. Friendly stuff, they gave us power adapter, stored our luggage on the last day. Excellent location, very near Princess St and George St, about 15 minutes walk from the Castle and Royal Mile. Would definitely like to stay here again. |

We were spoilt in that we had a very large four room apartment and the breakfast was included in the price. It was a steady walk to The Royal Mile but easy. There was no lift and carrying our bags up three floors was a bit of a problem. |

Beautiful old wordly hotel, great location. The lack of lift was painful, especially when we were brining up our bags (top floor) from the car park. Rooms were a bit cold, duvets would've been better that sheets |

Well located city centre hotel. Basic but clean accomodation with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good value at rate paid although rack rate offered direct by hotel is 2.5x what I paid which is excessive. Decor is rather outdated and dark |

Staff was very very helpful and friendly. Great access to the main streets, train station, bus stops, shops, etc... Definitely come back again. Bedding could do with updates. No elevator. Breakfast wasn't great quality. |

The hotel is situated close to where we wanted to be, which was great. The room was suprisingly huge and everything was clean. Some of the bedding and upholstery seems old and could do with a revamp. |
