My husband and I were upgraded to a family room which was really big and comfortable. The view from the room was lovely and there was no noise at all. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was very disappointing. My husband ordered a cooked breakfast, however, the egg looked raw and the bacon was still pink, the fried bread was still pure white. I settled for a continental breakfast which was better, however, when I tried some watermelon I found it was slimmy and off. There were grapes on display as well but they were past their best also.
