При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается GBP 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается GBP 39,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Депозит
Фиксированная сумма в размере GBP 80 за номер взимается в день бронирования и подлежит возмещению.

Wherever possible our dishes are prepared using fresh locally produced food and our menus are designed to mirror the seasons. Booking is advisable, special requests and dietary requirements can be catered for (please let us know in advance of your arrival). Our restaurant can seat up to 90 and we can also provide private dinning facilities for those special occasions and celebrations.
In the summer months you can enjoy dinning on our terrace to the front of the hotel for a superb al-fresco experience. Breakfast at the weekend tends to be a relaxed affair with all the delights that you would expect from a historic country house hotel, lunch is served daily and our Sunday lunch represents exceptional value for money.

The bed linen smelt really fresh and the bathroom was beautifully clean. I only stayed overnight, but was still made to feel welcome in the short time I was there. |

Excellent staff who cared for us - spa facilities good - food was excellent and service at dinner and breakfast was very good We had to inform reception that there was no heating working in our room, which they should have picked up on. However, once informed they placed a heater in the room. Went for a swim before breakfast and the sauna was not on. |

Very helpful staff. We were allocated a well appointed standard room but when we discovered that the TV was not working properly, we were immediately transferred to a 4-poster room next door. Both rooms - no 6 and no 7 - had been well refurbished. The shower in the bathroom was particularly good. Excellent breakfast. Nothing. We chose this hotel on recommendation and because we had eaten in the restaurant and bar area before. Also, we were able to take advantage of an excellent discount offer. |

It's situation and willingness to help, it's spacious lounging areas, dark but solid, I was not very struck by the type of Art on view neither one thing or the other We were moved to the second floor to a twin room though the first floor had been nicer but only one bed -so our fault but the bedroom on the second could have done with refurbishment and tv reception was very poor. The food would have needed further investigation as we were there so briefly and I do quite like that style of cooking - minimal but not the price |

Beautiful setting, convenient for village centre and trains, handy for Southampton. Room was generally well appointed and it was possible to walk from the hotel grounds directly into the New Forest. The leisure facilities were very good. The en suite bathroom was in need of refurbishment. The bar / restaurant was extremely busy on Saturday night; to the point where we gave up trying to get service. |

The staff were very helpful and nice. The hotel has a good range of facilities to offer and the location is rather convenient. The double beds are quite small and I think it's a little too pricey. We have stayed in number of places in the same area and it was by far much cheaper than Balmer Lawn. |

We only stayed one night out of the two booked but were still charged the full amount foir the 2 noghts. The hotel room was ridiculously hot and we had to have the window open and the noise was so loud that we got no sleep at all but the staff were rude and unhelpful saying 'they were there until 2am in the morning themselves and it wasn't noisy after that'. Most people go to bed before 2am on a Sunday night and should certainly not have to stay up until this time because of noise at a hotel. We would definately not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

Great pool, sauna and whirlpool and excellent breakfast apart from the terrible new system for tea. As above the new system for breakfast means you get lukewarm tea - yuk! |

Despite being a fairly large hotel, it had a friendly feel, a great atmosphere and I loved all the pictures and information about it's history. The restaurant was fabulous and the service from all staff - reception, housekeeping, waiting and bar staff was exemplary. |

The staff were absolutely brilliant - very friendly, attentive and efficient. Services offered by the hotel were superb - 2 pools, tennis courts, squash courts, bike hire...perfect if you're active! I loved the Terrace Bar overlooking the cricket pitch and with the ponies grazing nearby - perfect for enjoying an early evening cocktail! There was a lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant - only one each night so we didn't end up eating there which was a shame because it seemed really nice. If they could become more veggie friendly that would make it perfect. |
