The hotel was lovely. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and courteous.
From the moment we checked in until we left the staff were so welcoming and so friendly. We will be back in the new year
Everything. Very comfortable, lots of space - a bedroom and a sitting room for a very reasonable price. Very clean. Nice food in lounge. I can't fault this hotel at all. Staff very friendly too.
The hospitality of the hotel, the staff & the cleanliness and size of the rooms would put a lot of other higher grade hotels to shame. Great stay & definitley recommend to anyone.
Very spacious room, friendly helpful staff, central location and great breakfast.

We were put outside in one of the self catering cottages which I did not like, would have preferred to be in the hotel.

Large sitting room/ kitchenette and bedroom (room 9) Friendly staff. Fresh flowers. Enough towels to dry a rugby team Excellent hot breakfast from 7.00. Biscuits and beverage making kit. Fresh milk in fridge.
Rom 9 had separate sitting room with TV kettle, sofa, fridge. lovely. evening meal and breakfast fine. helpful staff. log fire. nice atmosphere in pub. parking right outside the door. plenty of toiletries, bathrobes (which we didn't find quickly enough as they were hanging behind the bathroom door nice people, wanting us to have a good stay.
The hotel was excellent value for money. Our room was spacious and warm and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling.
Nice obviously recently refurbished bedrrom and en suite bathroom. Friendly staff
Downstairs bar, where we had breakfast was a bit tired looking. Breakfast was basic, but to be fair ,the price reflected that. Would've been nice to have a bit of fruit, ( ok, it's a lady thing) even just tinned grapefruit would've been nice.
We always try and stay at the Balmoral on our frequent trips to Scotland. We find all the people very friendly and helpful and the rooms lack nothing and are so clean and homely. Very good value for money.
Staff always friendly, rooms are very clean. Good selection of beer and Whisky. Very good menu and quality of food is excellent.
This is the second time we've stayed at the Balmoral on our trip to Dundee. The hotel is in the middle of Moffat. Free parking outside and free Wi-Fi. Our room ( no.2) consisted of two rooms - a lounge with two settees and TV, a fridge with 2 bottles of water and fresh milk + tea, coffee and biscuits. The bedroom has a second TV. Good breakfast and excellent value for money at £65.
