Balnearn House is a family-owned B&B set in the beautiful Tay valley in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Surrounded by its own garden, it offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and include a selection of both cooked and lighter options. Guests can enjoy a homemade granola or freshly made pancakes. Overlooking the garden, all rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities. They all feature either en suite or private external bathroom facilities including high pressure showers and Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries. Immaculate and very comfortable bright en-suite room. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the best I have had in a long time. My husband and I both agree that we will definately be back to stay next time we visit the area and I have already recommended to friends and family as a very nice place to stay!! Slightly earlier check-in time would be nice

I booked the rooms for my husband and I and for Claire and Jez Brown my daughter and son in law . This was to have been a family get together with my son and family from Ireland who were staying in a resort near by . My daughter had travelled from Lincoln and we travelled from Stornoway . I did not realise that the guest house would not accommodate a wee dog untill we got there. And my daughter was told that pets were not allowed. There was nothing they could do but travel back to Lincoln on sat evening . We had paid 260.00 and were told that we were not entitled to a refund as we should have cancelled the booking 24hours in advance . How could we cancel the booking when I wasnt aware of the pet regulations and was a genuine misunderstanding on my part. Are we eligble to even one nights refund .Thank you annie m maclean and claire brown

Lovely warm welcome from the owners. lovely house and so clean and comfortable. Close to the village and plenty walks in the local area. Some nice places to eat within a 5 minuste walk. I would recomment this place to others. Earlier check in would be good. Could have more variety of fruit and cereal at breakfast.

Very friendly and inviting owners, with beautiful walks literally across from the doorstep. 2 minute walk into the town centre where there are good cafes and restaurants. Couldn't have had a better trip away :)

Balnearn House is a beautiful Victorian house 5 minutes from Aberfeldy town centre. The proprieter's were welcoming and gave us information and sample menus from some of the local resturants. Our room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was excelllent. I would recommend the home made granola! Delicious!!

Ganz tolle Einrichtung, kuschelig, plüschig, zum Wohlfühle, nicht nur vom Zimmer aus sondern vor allem im Kaminzimmer mit grünen Ledersesseln und Blick auf die Highlands. Zudem ein super Frühstück!

La habitación estaba muy bien decorada y era muy acogedora. La cama era muy cómoda. Los dueños fueron muy amables. Los birks of Aberfeldy están a 2 minutos de la casa (visita más que recomendable)
