The owner was very friendly and was willing to go beyond to help. Perfect location near the town centre and best of all near the beach!! Very clean and and felt homely. Perfect for the bars and clubs. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast wasn't great for the overall price of stay but otherwise couldn't fault the place.

Perfect location for beach, pier, town and the wedding venue we were attending. Lovely room which was really comfortable. Tomer the manager couldn't have been more accomodating. Would definitely go back and would recommend with no hesitation.

Location is brilliant, literally less than 5mins walk to the pier and a couple of minutes from the town centre, albeit a good hill to walk up! Tomer was very helpful, always at hand if you needed anything. Refreshments available throughout the day in the dining room, which was a nice touch, fruit, biscuits, yoghurts all available. Nicely decorated and finished off throughout.

Whilst it was generally clean, attention to detail in the bathroom was slightly lacking, found a couple of hairs and not cleaned very well in the corners outside the shower etc.

Very clean room with very comfortable bed. Bottled water, tea, coffee and biscuits in room refreshed daily.

Could not sleep because of the heat an option of a fan would of been good. Said we would be up for breakfast between 8.30-9.00 went to have breakfast at 8.30 no bread for toast. There is a coffee machine for cappuccino ect instructions of how to use it would of helped as never used one before, so we had breakfast elsewhere.

Everything about our 3-night stay at Bamboo was excellent! We loved that it was so quiet & personal, and that the breakfast was laid out for us each morning for us to help ourselves. We were also allowed to help ourselves to snacks at any time. We liked that we felt so trusted, and weren't watched over by the staff, and we got our own front door keys so we could just enter & leave the building whenever we wanted without having to check in or out. The staff were really friendly, helpful & accommodating. The rooms were beautifully kept, wonderfully clean, and just perfect for our stay. We loved all the quirky little bits of artwork on the walls too :) The location was great because it was only a couple of minutes to the high street with an abundance of shops, and less than 10 minutes' walk to the seafront. There were also some nice little bars & restaurants in the area. All in all we enjoyed a very comfortable stay for a good price & having free wi-fi & breakfast all included was fantastic. If we ever go back to Bournemouth, we'll know exactly where to stay!!

The only thing I could possibly say was missing was a bit of quiet background music in the breakfast room as it felt a bit too quiet/slightly awkward when another couple were in there too. Otherwise, we couldn't fault the place! There is a building site by the guesthouse at the moment but we didn't find it noisy at all. Other people have said the rooms were too small but unless you're planning on rehearsing your acrobatics routine in there then they're just fine!! Perfect size, lovely. Thank you, Bamboo.

I couldn't fault our stay at Bamboo Guesthouse. On arrival we greeted when we arrived but the hotel manager Thomas who was very friendly and also recommended us to a few local restaurants. We felt like we had been welcomed into someones home rather than staying at a hotel. The room itself was lovely and the bed incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying for a short visit to Bournemouth.

Very unique place, and very different to other B&B's. Friendly and welcoming staff, going the extra mile. Very close to town and the beach. I would always rather stay there and pay a bit more as it is absolutely worth it in comparison to other places.

The Guest house was clean and in an excellent location for the shops and restaurants. The breakfast was very good. The bedroom was lovely. Tomer was very welcoming.

Our room (the orchid room) was very small and we struggled as a couple to have enough space (I was competing in a tennis tournament therefor had all my equipment with me) We would stay again but would have to get the largest room. Parking wasn't too much of an issue as it was £5.10 for 24 hours just a few minutes walk away. The cleaner did however walk in without knocking - luckily we were behaving ourselves otherwise it would have been so embarrassing! She was very apologetic though (it was in the afternoon and the only reason we were there was because rain had stopped play at the tennis club)
