Everything was perfect and the location was superb been in the centre of blackpool front. Everything was within walking distance.
lovely hotel, clean and very secure.
only small gripe was the size of the double room, could have bn slightly bigger :)
Spotlessly clean room. Nothing was too much trouble. Carried bags to your room. Would not hesitate to stay again
Love the fact your made welcome as soon as u arrive until u leave would definatly return lovely clean place thank u for having us
Me and my fiance stayed here for 2 nights (Friday 3rd - Sunday 5th October). When we arrived we received a warm welcome, all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in and were shown to our room. Our room the Deluxe Double Room was fantastic, very very clean and presentable with an en suite. We slept very well. We had tea and coffee making facilities! And also a pack of complimentary bottles of water and Ferrero Rocher'. Breakfast was between 9 and 9.30 which is a very reasonable time as we didnt come back to the hotel until 11.30 ish both nights and wanted to wind down and watch the telly for a bit. So we did still get a good nights sleep before having to be up for breakfast! The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk down to the central pier, which was great as you knew you didnt have far to walk depending on which end of the promenade you were at! Overall we were overly pleased with what we got for our money! We will definately be staying here again and I will certainly recommend to friends & family! Thanks for the lovely stay! Emma & Anth

Forgot my body wash and there wasn't any in the room to use
The owners were unbelievably friendly but not at all intrusive- I was scared of that- Didnt feel any one else was there it was so quiet but loads were!
We stayed at the bamford for two nights at the end of August, Myself, my hubby and our two children. The hotel was very clean and Helen was lovely. The breakfast was gorgeous with a good choice and the locations is brilliant. It is one of the nicest cleanest places I've stayed in x
The room was a little too small for a family of four and but the time we put the travel cot in u couldnt get moved the kids couldn't really play on the floor as there was no room which isn't ideal for a 1 year old to play on the bed as she tends to fall off
Good Location Friendly Staff Value for Money Excellent Breakfast
Parking was £9.00 per 24 hours ( but was very close by )
Nice size family bedroom well stocked bar sold & sold at good price good breakfast nothing to much trouble good with kids
Helen was extremely kind to serve us breakfast an hour before the normal breakfast time.
The sink was fitted on an angle in room 2, there will always be a bit of water left in it that could not be drained.

Everything about this place was great! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great, the rooms were lovely and clean! Its in a perfect place only minutes walking from the central pier! Will definately be back again!
The hotel is very clean and very pleasant environment and landlord is very helpful to your needs it's that good we are going back in September
Nothing to report
Helen was a warm and welcoming host who happily catered for our dietary needs. She was knowledgeable about Blackpool and made good recommendations about booking online for Pleasure Beach to ensure cheapest ticket prices etc... The room was clean and the children found their beds very comfortable. There was a bar area with reasonably priced drinks and lengthy opening hours. If you are looking for a well run B&B with owners who take pride in their establishment, this is it. Close proximity to Blackpool Tower and promenade was good. Free parking on local streets also great. Non-smoking hotel much appreciated.
Our room was decorated very differently to the cover photo and was rather small. The ensuite facility in particular was extremely restricted space and the shower was weak. We found our bed very small and did not sleep well. Lots of other B&Bs are located on the road and some guests next door were outside on the street smoking, drinking and chatting loudly until 4am one evening which was clearly audible in our first floor room. Perhaps this is a downside of being quite so close to the centre of town!
The house looked lovely from the outside and there was a car park really near to leave the car. The room was well presented and nicely decorated. Good location for attractions. The breakfast was nice when it arrived and they even did food for our little one which we hadn't paid for.
The room was a bit small as we needed to use a travel cot. The bathroom needed updating. We had to wait a little while for breakfast.
Cleanliness of room and location was brilliant
Room quite small not much air through small windows
