It was comfortable and we were allocated a room next to our friends. The locationn was good. By mistake I booked room only rate and we were shocked to find that breakfast was £15.00 per person per day so we didn't have breakfast in the hotel. |

The staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfasts were nicely cooked and of good quality. The road access and car parking were slightly difficult and restricted, owing to the location. |

Convenient to get to our function. Easy parking. Rooms were well set out, but would have been good to have a shower cap available for the non adjustable shower Creaky floors and I know you cannot do anything about it, but the noise from the road. Also the price of the breakfast I thought was high so did not bother to take it ( maybe that is why - less work) |

The Evening Meal was excellent The price of a 'continental breakfast' was excessive. We therefore did not order it but had to commence our journey without food. |
