Clean, friendly, straight forward guest house. No problems at all. Room a bit too warm, breakfast times a bit too limited. Otherwise fine.

The staff is very friendly and elegant. There is enough coffee in the room. Clean bathrooms apart of the shower you can have good bath. the room was really small, there should be a lounge to enjoy book etc

Very helpful staff going the extra mile. Pleasant and quiet location. Bed was excellent and I slept well. Personal touch of a hand written welcome note. Hot breakfast freshly made. Good choice on the cold breakfast buffet. Plenty of fresh fruit. The breakfast time is served between 07.00-08.00. If I had known at the time of booking that it was going to be as early as this, then I would not have booked with this guesthous. Despite scheduling breakfast early, it then takes a long time for the hot breakfast to arrive. Mine took 25 minutes from having ordered to arriving - even though I had only asked for scrambled eggs on toast. If there is such a delay, then it is necessary to inform the customer about the expected time of the food being ready. The double room was tiny. There was no chair, no table or desk. The ensuite toilet cubicle was very bijou.

The owners were friendly and helpful. The guest house was spotlessly clean and the facilities were good. Whilst the room was small it was warm and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom and toilet were shared, but I knew that when booking so not a big issue.

Nice and helpful staff. Honest description on booking.com: Facilities exactly as shown in pictures. Shared toilet and shower facilities (Exactly as described on booking.com). Clean and tidy but it's always nicer to have your own.

Helpful staff on arrival, ample off street parking, clean and tidy. Not a case of didn't like, but question the suitability of positioning the tv next to shower,,, room 3, also sound echos from corridor, but on the whole a pleasant stay.

Everything about this location was great for me. Close to where i needed to be , Close to pubs and restaurants , also a very friendly and cozy place to stay , with parking also which was a bonus. Nothing to comment
